confusedbridehere:  What cycle day was your tests?  Your TSH looks good, I think anything under 5 is normally fine but for ttc it should be under 2.0.  Prolactin seems high compared to the results on my labwork, which says normal range is 5.0-23.0.  FSH & LH seem on the lower side but that depends on where you are in your cycle.  Maybe other bees have more insight?  Give us an update after you talk to your Dr.

I think elevated prolactin can be the result of quite a few things – one is PCOS, but also stress, some medications (including some anti-depressants) and pregnancy. Are you sure you’re not pregnant? Do you have other symptoms of PCOS?

My endocrinologist (who treats me for PCOS) also tests for testosterone, progesterone and a few other things. If you are worried about possibly having PCOS, you should definitely visit a reproductive endo for a more thorough workup! But besides the slightly elevated prolactin, everything else seems like it’s where it’s supposed to be. Any chance you’re pregnant? Maybe that’s where the higher prolactin is coming from.

It could definitely be due to stress, from what I’ve read! Especially that “eek needles and doctors!” stress.  It’s also not that far above the normal range so might just be a fluke. But you might want to POAS anyway… 7 dpo seems awfully early to count yourself out for sure. I think the egg is just implanting at 7 dpo so seems weird the doctor would expect it to register on a urine test.
