I'm definitely going to try to make it - Mr. Cardy and I might be going to a family reunion somewhere around there, but I've always wanted to visit Gruene! :)

would love to but i'm planning my SA (where the most fam lives) wedding from 3500+ miles away. have another pre-wedding visit planned but not that week. have fun!

I'd really love to go.... maybe I can talk FI into a hill country road trip... Living out here in San Angelo is sooooo boring and far away from the rest of the world!
@Kym080412: Yall could stay for the weekend in gruene if its in the budget. Its a really neat littel town with lots of stuff to do! Yall could check out gruene hall at night, they always have live music!
Would anyone be totally against starting at 11 instead of noon? I'm a dummy and just realized I have a wedding to go to that day at 5 :D
Darn, I even live in NB. Going to be out of town that weekend.. oh well !
I would love to go, but I don't think I'll be able to make it at this point. I'm just starting a new job tomorrow and money is tight :-/

We are organized the first ever Texas Hill Country Bee Meetup! Yay!
Date: Oct 22, 2011
Time: Noon(ish)
Place: Gruene River Grill- in Gruene, TX (Just outside of New Braunfels, halfway betweeen Austin and SA)
It will be a super fun opportunity to meet some fellow Texas bees! Anyone and everyone is welcome :D
I am trying to get a good head count on people who are coming, so RSVP with the poll :)
