I got cards at Target. Traditionally you should use either monogrammed or white/ plain cards and include your message inside. I ended up getting cute cards that have "thank you" and a design printed on front for about $4 for 10. I chose some recycled ones, but you could get cheaper ones for even less. You can also look in the $1 bins at Michael’s for cards! Where have you looked?

I purchased a few at Target to use right after on shower.  For the rest, I am planning on using some I purchased at JoAnn’s.  (I was able to use a 40% off, so they came out to be really reasonably priced.)  They aren’t my favorite, but we need to many to afford the ones I really liked.  The ones I got at Target were very cute (colorful and modern); the ones from JoAnn’s are more traditional (white and silver).

For my shower I purchased a box of thank you cards at Michaels. They were from the Brides line and were $10 for a box of 40 cards (including envelopes). Throw in a 40% off coupon and I got 40 cards for $6.00. Despite the incredibly inexpensive price, the paper was great quality!
