- Wedding: October 2013
We are so fortunate to both work at places were people are giving us monetary wedding gifts and they are not even invited. I’m pretty sure they know we won’t be inviting them. Some of the checks we have receieved say in the comments section, “Wedding” or “Blessings”. We are so thankful to know such wonderful people. Our wedding date is later this year.
October 13, 2013 🙂
Anyhow, I just deposited one of the checks and want to get the Thank You card immediatly to them…. but really don’t know how to word it since we are really just saving up to pay for the big day. Should I say that I bought something specific like decor or it will it be better to say that it will be a big help when we start paying for the venue?? I just don’t know what to say. I know what I don’t want to say. I know not to mention “Money”. But,, I do want to say how sweet and generous their gift was and how unexpected it was too. Help! 🙂
