I found these cute bridal shower thank you cards from Target with a girl's silhouette on the front, and a little glittery jewel where her engagement ring would be, so cute!!
We got ours at www.invitationbox.com. Very cute cards, and if you don't need them custom printed they ship really fast. (Actually they ship pretty fast even if you do.)

Etsy! We bought these ones (http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=13067055) from InvitaPaperStudio. I think I paid $65 for 60 cards which is much cheaper than in a store.
