So this is sorta NWR… we were houseguests this past weekend, and I’m sitting down to write thank you notes, and for some reason I’m having a hard time of it. We had a wonderful time. There’s no reason for writer’s block.
My next thought was that, in a few months, I’ll be doing about a hundred of these. I don’t mean to complain about thanking people (hosts or for gifts), it’s just a little intimidating.

I hear you. This is the part I dread the most. How do I find something witty and kind to say X 500?

The last time I had to sit and write formal thank you notes was HS graduation… it was tough! I felt like I was saying the same thing to everyone no matter how much I tried to be personal.

Change certain sentences as the relationship dictates.
