I don't know what you mean by "cheap," but I had Laura Hooper make mine, I bought it through etsy for about $10.
Shoot girl, make it easy on yourself and just print from your home printer in a nice font on a nice piece of paper or light cardstock. "Thank" on one page and "You" on the other. Then, to make it a little more sturdy you can paste it to a piece of cardstock that goes with your wedding if you like.
Both misscoconut and Lillindy took my ideas! Either print it yourself or use etsy ... or a third option is creating it yourself and bring it to Kinkos/Staples/wherever to print it.
Good luck!

Hey bees,
I was wondering if anyone know where I can get a "Thank-you" sign made for cheap. I would like to hold it for one of my pic, so I can make thank-you card for the guest after the wedding.
Thanks
