Weddingbee boards

Hi all,

So I've been engaged for a week now. I just got back from our trip last night leaving my new fiance behind (he's still on holiday for another 5 days).

I just want to thank you for having me on the board, taking time reading my posts and giving advice. I really couldn't have made it without waiting board.

He did it on day 2 of our trip at a harbour view restaurant. He planned it all along and I suspected it because he insisted that I wear something great. That's what we do when we go on holiday where at least one night we go to a nice restaurant.

After our dinner he suggested that we take photos at the pier - so we did and he started making a little speech and then he asked, presented the ring, did the on one knee, and I said of course. We just hugged and kissed. I forgot about putting on the ring. I guess we were nervous and didn't know what we were doing! I put the ring on and I was like OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGG, and I was so excited that I can't explain those emotions. I wanted to scream (but didn't). Luckily it was very dark so I don't think people saw what was going on.

Then I kept saying how great a job he did. I mean, he really did a great job!

Even though I suspected because I snooped and found out the ring was purchased and all, I am so glad that he had his proposal moment like this. I feel so proud of him. The way he did it was exactly how I wanted it. He said even though he knew my answer and how it would turn out, he was still nervous. He was nervous but not as much as when he asked me to be his girlfriend :P
