LOL - Guess not! :)
This is day 7 of SB and Day 1 of the Shred. I have noticed quite a difference in my stamina as by eliminating most carbs I am also eliminating the glycogen stores in my muscles (fatigue sets in much more quickly).
I will admit, Part 1 was tough, but doable. And Jillian is not nearly as annoying as I thought she would be! :)
So, here is the plan:
Easy-Easy-Hard-Easy-Easy-Hard-Rest workout rotation (Phase-1, Phase-1, Phase-1&-2, repeat) for this week. And maybe some evening cardio on the "Easy" days as well.

I haven't tried south beach but went on a similar low-carb diet (after my wedding - go figure!). As you've noticed your stamina is not the same, so be nice to your body which is struggling to adapt the first weeks. Also if you're doing cardio - take it easy in the beginning. It's efficient though so I'm sure you'll see results very soon! :)

I was just curious if anyone has tried this (or something similar?)
I am on day 4 of SB; I just needed to kick-start my eating habits back to healthy.
I am also in pretty good shape (I am no stranger to the gym); I just really need to tone up before my trip at the end of this month (hello bikini!) and shave a few (5-7) pounds off my frame.
Thoughts? Tips?
