Weight this morning: 192.9
Down 2.1 lbs! Lately I haven't been eating as much junk as I usually do, but it may be a fluke because I accidentally skipped lunch yesterday.
Started last week at 142.0, and have weighed that every single morning all week :( No loss, even though I have run ~10 miles and gone to yoga, have been watching what I eat and have upped my consumption of water.... So frustrated right now... 
I started at 130.5 and I'm down to 126.5
4 lbs down since Friday!
I am doing cardio every morning and working out with a trainer twice a week and repeating his workouts twice a week. He also has us doing the advocare cleanse right now and I'm down 7 lbs since starting it a week ago!
Just got back from a weekend away. Lots of food but also lots of walking. Will report in tomorrow morning.
@colli459:Don't stress yourself out like that. To begin with, you could be retaining water if you're not used to this level of activity. Then you could also have put on a bit of muscle mass. If your calories in are = or < than your calories out consistantly the weight will come off.
ALSO KEEP IN MIND,
-1 lb for you is a significantly larger % of body fat
-Losing 1lb is equivalent to a 3600 calorie deficit
So unless you're starving yourself it's not realistic to expect more than 1-2lbs of weight loss a week.

Starting wieght (before Thanksgiving): 201.3 .....weighed in on Fri morning: 200.8 ...So, I am still going down...but ARGH!! so close to being below 200!!! ARGH!! I have new resolve for the upcoming week!
I'm pretty sure this is a support thread for all bees who are looking to lose weight, tone up etc. Sure those 2 don't have much to lose (lucky!) but they are more than welcome to stay here and get support to reach their goals!

@KLloyd1: You are welcomed here! Plenty of other bees have less weight to lose than what "traditionally" considered full-figured gals do -- they chimed in with the initial BEEgest loser post a few days ago and no one said boo. I don't even know what your height-weight ratio is and it really doesn't matter. You go on ahead and participate. Congrats on your recent weight loss and good luck in reaching your goal. :)
@Diet Coke: Thank you! At 5'1, I was at 140 lbs 3 weeks ago. Technically I was over weight. I have been working very hard the past few weeks to get down in weight and now I'm so close to where I feel good again and then I need to tone and maintain. That has always been my hardest part!
I'm just going to jump in here and add that Weddingbee is an inclusive, supportive environment. Any member is more than welcome to post on any thread. Good luck to all of you in achieving your goals! I may have to sign up myself!!!

I didnt work out this week (Shame on me), but I did stop visiting Mr E.L.Fudge and switched to my Clean Foods diet again. Come Monday, it's back to the workout routine!
I forgot how much carbs + diet soda packs on the weight & bloat for me. It felt good to be eating healthy again. I didn't even miss my cookies and candy and I felt so full all day. it was amazing. LOVED it
@KLloyd1: I'm starting the advocare cleanse this week!! How do you like it? I've heard some great things about it, and my distributor (also a PT) has had a lot of success with it. I'm very excited to get started! Wish you all the best with it!
@LibraryBride2013: It's a bit rough at first. My body was mad at me for taking away the carbs and coffee but the spark saved my life. The morning fiber drinks are nasty but if you mix it with a little less water and drink it in 3 gupls, it's not so bad! I have good days and struggle days on it. Yesterday, all I wanted was the food I couldn't have. Today, I've been fine. I'm def seeing results! This morning, my stomach was starting to look "flat-ish" for the first time in at least 2 years!! My clothes are fitting better too. My husband is doing it as well and having the same results as me! GOod luck. PM me if you want any more info or just need some support getting through the tough times of it!

I am at 191.6. Down 2.4 pounds. Not too shabby. 6 more pounds until my end of the year goal!
Ugh... weighed in today at 173lbs, that's a gain of 2.8lbs in about as many days.
It's really time to get my ass in gear.
Day one of the 30 day shred here I come.
I really thought that even though I ate a lot this weekend, I'd stay pretty level since I walked 11 miles on Sat and 6 miles on Sunday.
Guess I really have to up the exercise.
Down .5lbs to 170.5. Less than I'd hoped, but considering I indulged a bit during our e-pics getaway to the beach, I'm happy it didn't say a gain for .5lbs!!
I hope everyone feels supported...I know I do!! I'm not full-figured, but I am happy to be participating in a thread where other women can discuss their goals, accomplishements, and struggles with weight loss....we all know we've been through the ups and downs!
Down a solid 1 lb. to 262.0! I've finally reached 30 lb. lost officially, yay!!!
Starting: 221.2
Current: 219.4
Almost 2 pounds down!

Loss: 2.6 lbs!
I'm very happy with that! I'm sure if I hadn't indulged in 16 potstickers yesterday, I probably could have gotten under 142. Oh well. My goal for next week is to be under 141.
I weighed in at 161.5, that's a loss of .5! I am happy with that for it being a short week. I watched my portion sizes and got in a couple of short work outs.
My goal for next week is to be down to 160.5.

I want to say thanks to everyone for the supportive comments that have been made to all attempting to make healthier lifestyle choices. I would also like to note that, similarly to @kLloyd1, I'm 5'3", and at 142, that does put me overweight. Please don't get me wrong, I'm still happy with myself, as I think we all should be. Congrats to all of the ladies seeing results and working so hard!
I'm new to the thread and would like to join. I want to try to loose 10 more pounds. I am at 160. I will weigh in next Monday!
I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred this morning even though I really didnt' want to crawl out of bed at 4:45. Anyone have success with this that would mind sharing?
starting weight 164.3 and i am currently at 161.8 so down a little over 2 lbs ... my mom always said slow and steady wins the race
My weigh in did not go well today.
Staring: 156.5 lbs
Today: 157.1 lbs
I cut back on calories and did modified cardio. My body is still recovering from the MC last week so hopefully this week I will feel up to doing harder workouts.
Still 167.0 exactly! Didn't lose any, but on the upside, didn't gain any either! Weird!
I was up too. Let's refocus this week and really buckle down.
