It’s been four weeks! I can’t wait to tally up all your results!
I’m posting this thread early just for any east coasters that want to weigh-in either tonight or first thing tomorrow (whichever is fine!).
- Please include your tenths of a pound and what you weighed in at the week before.
- Share with everyone what you feel worked and didn’t work for you during the past month.

I couldn’t sleep last night wondering about my weigh in this morning! I go pick up my wedding dress today and my shower is tomorrow so i had a lot of motivation this week!
Last week I was 177.4
This week 174.8
Total loss of 2.6 pounds!
This week I changed up my gym routine and that helped keep the scale moving and me pushing myself!
At the beginning of the four weeks I weighed in at 185.2. So a total loss of… 10.4 pounds!
I think what worked for me is using the livestrong app to track everything, lots of water, and the motivation for this weekend! I am now down 17.2 pounds since I bought my dress! Hope it still fits…just better!
And now time to go to the gym…

@Lindsey2005: wow, great job!! I’ll weigh when I get home tonight, but I think I’m going to be the same as last week…..not as much change these past two weeks even though I’ve greatly upped my resistance on the elliptical and burn (it says) 100 calories more per workout vs. the first two weeks. So I’m hoping it’s all muscle, right?!

I had another flat week…still 141…bleh!
I am down 3lbs from where we started which is still good so I am going to remain optimistic!
Going forward I need to commit to cutting out the nibbles and noshes here and there and commit to my diet fully!

I maintained, so that’s good considering that I ate crap this week. I need to cut myself off from sweets because I don’t crave them after a few days if I can just get past those few days, lol. Or, at the very least we need to buy the skinny cow line of ice cream because it’s low in calories and it’s satisfying.
I’m still on the fence about the smoothie/juice fasting idea. I’m going to look at the recipes I collected on Pintrest and find something that I drink on the weekends.

this week = 161
I am ok with that, only because AF is visiting and I am waaaaay bloated, so I am pretty sure it’s water.
Um, so yeah, I didn’t really lose much this month. So, I guess at least I didn’t gain more weight over the last 4 weeks. I am just going to keep on keeping on 🙂 keep exercising and eating right, eventually somethings gotta give.

Hi all~ last week 165.8 this week 163.8.
I haven’t really done anything different than the usual low carb thing. In fact I cheated a little by eating some chocolate and *sigh* Panda Express honey walnut shrimp. That crap is so addicting! But I don’t eat the rice or noodles so I guess that helps.
I didn’t reach my first dress fitting goal of 161 but that’s ok. I feel like it’s been going real good so far.
Keep it up ladies! I look forward to the next start up. The day before Valentines day! LOL
Oh and yeah…super bowl Sunday…I”M EATING!!! just sayin’

This week.. 189.6
When I first started the challenge I was 198.4 pounds.. So I am down 8.8 pounds! Which is more than my goal of 7.
My decreased calorie intake helped for the majority of it. I have been sometimes working out, but not as much as I should. I have been paying more attention to my food and what I am eating.. and still allowing my treats! Counting calories helps a lot with Lose it. Plus I have the app on my phone so that is really handy.
I think it will be tougher now because that weight is typically more “easy” for me to loose.. IE I’ve done it before but if I don’t stick with my program then I go back to the way I was and gain it all back.. Plus if you have more weight to loose the first bit comes off faster.. Also now I am going down in weight my calorie intake is going down too.. So that means eating less so that is a bit difficult I find. I can notice the extra 100 calorie decrease which means one less snack!
But I do feel better and I had someone comment to me that they noticed I lost weight.. Which is nice.. 🙂 I am starting boot camp in a week so I am hoping that will help even more. I should take my measurements and see how many inches I lost too..

well, I thought I was going to be up…..145 the last couple days, so I yelped when it was down! (I don’t care how miniscule!)
Total loss = 5.8 pounds. yippee!
