I’ll go first!!!
I was 140.5 last week and am 140 this week! Only .5 lbs but its the right direction!
This week I was diligent about my workouts (3 Cardio and 2 JM DVD’s) and drinking water – I hit my 80oz target every day!
What I did bad this week was the little cheats: chocolate chips are the devil! Also, I ate a bagel on Wednesday -no business doing that!
Next week I plan to work on the following: no little cheats – if I need a cheat I’ll have a big one and thats it for the week, keep up the 80oz of water, and up my workouts (4 cardio and 4 videos).

Good Morning Ladies! Last week I was at 170.0 and today I weighed in at 168.8. 1.2 pound loss – not my goal of 1.5 but I’ll take it. My weight loss as slowed down drastically but I know that’s how it goes and I’m trying so hard to look at the big picture and stay motivated. Hard to have motivation when before I was seeing the scale move closer to 2 lb’s a week.
I really upped my boot camp this week because I didn’t feel like going to the gym since we had great weather. Last Friday I attempted to go for a 4 mile run/jog/walk, Saturday I went to boot camp and then spent the whole day on my feet shopping – does that count as exercise? haha Sunday & Wednesday, I skipped working out. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday I went to boot camp. Also, Monday & Tuesday I walked 4 miles on my lunch break. I am hoping today to get back to the gym – and really hopping my body is like what is this = drop weight.
This weekend is going to be very bad for me though – it’s my bachelorette party and my friend is making so much delicious food and drinks. I haven’t been drinking the past 2 1/2 months while I’ve been dieting so I’m a litle worried about loosing it all this weekend. I just have to remind myself I am not going to gain 23 lb’s overnight and I can let go for one night as long as I make it up later. Sigh – guilt really gets to me 🙂

@Lindsey2005: I feel you on the guilt! I’ve been sick all week and backed off on my Mon/Wed workouts, and finally skipped last night. The guilt is EATING me! Just like you, I’m convinced that one wrong step will send me back to the beginning! I guess it’s a good thing to know we’ve created habits, right?
Your b-party IS only one night – and a fun one! You deserve to enjoy it and then stay on track the rest of the week. Have fun!

It’s all good. AF came to visit, so only gaining .5 is not ruining my day 🙂
I had a pretty good week I think. I got three work outs in, ate well and drank a lot of water.
Next week, I have a goal of 1 lb to lose 🙂

I had a great week this week. I was able to run an additional mile so my runs this week went from 3 miles to 4 miles and I went hiking one of the days!

Well it wasn’t as great as the week before, but considering the fact that I gained 2lbs last weekend and then lost that plus another .7 lbs is good lol I will work hard to maintain this weekend, I’m going shopping with a friend tonight (window shopping cause I’ve got no money lol), road trip with my parents, Aunt and Uncle tomorrow (I’ll pack my own food then), and then a Cake Decorating class and day in the city with SO on Sunday. (you’d think a cake decorating class would cause me to go off the wagon, but I walk alot to get there, decorate the cake without eating a morsel and then take home a small one serving cake which I share with 2 or 3 others, it’s the eating out which does me in!)
My goal for next week is to maintain this loss until Monday and then lose 2 lbs for next fri… I’ve gotta do it! lol

@Lindsey2005: Let loose, its your bachelorette weekend, but dont binge! Try whatever you want – but leave it at try not consume all of it! Thats the approach I took! To be honest, I gained 3 lbs my bachelorette weekend, but by Wednesday the following week it had fallen back off! Dont fret and enjoy yourself! 🙂

Ugh, I’m not even going to post my weight because it’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe it! The scale is going the wrong way.
Anyway… goals for the next three days are to eat every meal at home. Sounds easy but the weekends are the hardest for me, so I’m off to menu plan and make a grocery list.
I’m so proud of all you ladies, you’re killing it and I’m so frustrated right now, but y’all are giving me hope!

Please don’t include me in the calcs – I also went up (191.4 last week, 192.2 this week). AF also come this week (which is really weird for me becuase I don’t normally get visits – I have a Mirena). I did not do so well with food either – had a fried chicken sandwich for dinner one night, had a slice of pizza yesterday. I am really bummed, because I wanted to be below the 190’s before the weekend and my next dress fitting on Monday 🙁
But, I wanted to post in solidarity with the other bee’s who gained this week – it was nice for me to see I am not the only one who gained. I am motivated for next week to drink more water each day next week! And to make sure I work out every day next week (I only hit the gym 3 times this week).
One week’s slide is ok – We can do it!!!

No movement this week. I was sick and off work and workouts for two days this week so I’m not going to punish myself too much! I got three workouts in so that is good for this week. Next week I hope I am in top form for the last week of the challenge. I would love to break the 150 mark but we shall see!!

This is the first big loss since I started and it makes me soooooooooo happy! To be honest though, it’s more like 1lb, because last week it should have 143 but for some reason when I weighed in last week, it was way high.
My ‘what worked’ this week……….gettng a cold! I really don’t recommend this method of weight loss it sucks, lol. I did lighter workouts 3/4 days and finally skipped yesterday because I felt so crappy.
My goal this week is to maintain this loss or lose. But I really want to see this maintained. I’m also going to try out a couple group fitness classes at the gym to work on more toning and conditioning.
Great job to everyone and those who didn’t see the results you wanted…….that was me the last 3-4 weeks….very little to no loss, keep going and you will get there!
