I weighed this morning and since I ate Pizza Hut tonight…I’m going to just go ahead and put my weight in!
Last weigh in: 166.2
Today’s weigh in: 165.4
So only .8–but I did reach that 30 lb goal so that is my main focus and inspiration this time. I am having a hard time on my new birth control with food cravings, and I gave in to pizza tonight…but I was scared if I didn’t give myself what I wanted I would end up with donuts, scones, burgers and fries tomorrow. (Those are also weaknesses). I thought this was the lesser evil, and to just move on and start fresh tomorrow (plus I did eat well the rest of the day, and I think one bad meal is better than an entire bad day).
I can’t wait to see how everyone else does!

So….another week of no weightloss…super annoyed but trying to look at the bright side since I am starting my period today or tomorrow perhaps I have actually lost some but gain some water rentention also…

Last Week’s Weight: 151.6
This Week’s Weight: 152.8
Up 1.2 pounds… I would be upset, but just two days ago I was all the way up at 154.0, so I’ll take it!! I plan on keeping up how I’ve been eating and trying to switch up what I eat on a regular basis. Going out tonight for a going away party for DH’s co-worker, and tomorrow is Fake Patty’s Day (a big deal where we live!), so I’m going to do my best to stay on track this weekend.
I was pretty proud of how I delt with sweets this week, I made red velvet cake balls for DH’s birthday and didn’t eat ONE… I’m about to make some cupcakes for the party tomorrow, so my goal is to keep my fingers out of the batter 🙂
I hope that I can get back down to where I was last week (151.6) by the end of this week. Slow and steady wins the race, right??

I’m down a pound to a less horrible number than last week but I gained overall so that’s depressing. The next week is going to suck, we are moving and it’s going to be choatic!

I am very happy with this result. I was able to finally reach my goal of running five mornings this week. I have also slowly incorporated some weight training into my workouts so I am happy to have made those changes. I didn’t reach my ultimate goal of 148 lbs but hopefully I’m on a good path towards that weight!

@Mrs.Mittens: On the upside, moving is lots of exercise! I feel you, though, Darling Husband and I moved our entire house by ourselves and I thought I was going to die. Or kill him.

I’m glad I’m down but man oh man I wanted to be in the low 150s by now. Oh well. Nothing really changed this week. No good bad or ugly I just didn’t try that hard.
My bridal shower is tomorrow so I know I’m going to eat bad but I don’t care. I’ll get back on track after that. 🙂
