Last week I was 172.4 and this morning I was 170.0. Was really hoping for under 170 but I’ll take it. I think last week was more of a fluctuation and I was really closer to that 172 – so I think I lost about 2lb this week which is good and above my goal for the week – but since last week I didn’t meet it maybe it’s catching up.
I increased my protein and fiber this week and I really saw a difference that my weight wasn’t fluctuating as much each morning – instead going down little by little each day vs. one day low, one day high, one day in the middle, then one day low again.
Next week – I just want to get out of the 170’s! I have 50 days till the wedding and feeling great about my body for once! Last night at boot camp I had someone I haven’t seen in a few months say she didn’t even recognize me and noticed right off that I lost weight. It’s such a great feeling. In addition two other girls there commented on how BIG my workout clothes were on me when just 2 months ago I was to BIG for them.
I want to keep up with the protein and fiber this coming week as I really feel it is helping. The FH is going away this weekend for his bachelor party so hopefully that leaves me to the gym and eating at home all weekend so I can see some more results! Speaking of which I really need to go to the gym – but it’s soooo hard to get out of the house and do it.

I maintained 🙂 I’m happy with that I had a good loss last week and I know how my body works, so I was expecting to maintain.
Goals for this week: Go for more walks. Don’t go overboard Saturday night (my b-day)

The good – I have almost finished week 3 of Couch to 5K and I’m slightly enjoying it.
The bad – I’ve been running at 5 freaking AM to fit in my workout into my crazy busy schedule
The ugly – Fiance and I gorged ourselves last night on cheesy potato skins, bourbon chicken and chocolate covered strawberries for his birthday. I ran a lot of it off, but I still felt horrible.
My goals – drink more water and eat more veggies.

This week: 140.5
Its the right direction so I will just be happy even though I wish it was more.
I ate pretty bad last weekend (Italian twice – and not the healthy Italian) so I consider it a success that I am not up.
What I did good this week: jogged 3 times and did Jillian 30DS twice. Also I drank more water – I need to keep workin on that!
Next weeks goal: 4 workout videos, 4 cardio session! I need to break through 140 and see a 3 in there!

@jboltz19: I so badly want to get to the 30’s by the end of this 4 week session! I haven’t been there since high school!
I don’t know that it’ll happen…..but if my weight maintains from last night….it’ll be my biggest loss since I started, and lowest weight since I trimmed about 5lbs for my honeymoon last summer……..I’ll find out when I get home tonight!

Despit being sick and feeling (and eating) like crap, I maintained which is a small miracle. Maybe my workout last night salvaged the week!
Plan for next week: Get back on my workout routine, and only eat out for lunch 3 days (that sounds like a lot but I usually eat out every day!)

hey ladies mind if I join? I’m a waiting bee, but am motivated to lose weight for myself and not for the wedding itself.
Last week: 220
I’ve been increasing my fiber and protein and it helps SOOOOO much! I’m a bit worried about tonight because I’m heading to a buffet with some family friends for dinner… I plan on filling the plate with mostly veggies and trying to limit my trips lol
My Goal for the week, workout on the elliptical (and maybe dust off some of the other equipment I’ve got sitting around) I’ve got 47.5 lbs to lose by my friend’s wedding in Oct… I can do this!

Hello all~ I had a good week.
Last week 165.2
This week 161.4.
I stuck to my diet this week. Didn’t cheat once. I’m guessing that’s why the good drop in weight.
I still haven’t started walking or any sort of exercise yet. :/
I have real bad neck pain from a car accident 6 years ago and any form of exercise aggravates it. I know I should just deal with the pain but when I’m in pain I tend to get depressed and am really no fun to be around.
Goal next week… To take a few walks and do some light arm and ab exercises and get down ito the150s. Probably 159 but that counts. 🙂

I’d been weighing 143ish all week…including last night, so I’m pretty bummed to see it up this much today. Not sure why, I didn’t eat a ton of food, but I’ve been drinking more water, so maybe it’s that. Definitely not the 1.5 I was expecting:(

Not the best result but at least no gain! I only managed to run four days this week so my goal for next week is to meet my five day run goal and to meet my 1 lb per week goal.

I have no idea–the grandparents didn’t have a scale in DC but I’m pretty sure it isn’t a loss this time. I will have to do it on my own tomorrow, but good job ladies! Keep up the good work 🙂
On another note–SO GLAD TO BE HOME.
