The BEEgest Loser is back for another 4 week round! This is the 10th thread and I’m hoping it’s the best yet!
Want to join in? It’s easy! Just reply to this post with your starting weight and a little info about you… what your goals are for the next four weeks, the areas you feel you need to work on, etc. Or you can send me a PM if you’d like to keep your weight private.
Drop by a few times a week to let everyone know how you are doing and to provide support to the other Bees participating. The more activity on the thread the better, and I’m always around if you need anything! I’m already planning out the workout challenges and I’m pulling a few recipes for everyone’s enjoyment.
Weigh-ins: The weigh in thread will be posted to the fitness board on Thursday evenings (this is mostly to accomodate any east coast bees, since I’m on the west coast) and you will have until 3:30pm on Friday to get me your current weight.

oh yay! for some reason I thought we had another week yet, duh!
Let’s call my starting weight 139.0……..I know I’ve flucuated up a bit from the last weigh-in.

Starting Weight: 191.6
Ugh, I can’t believe I’m up into the 190’s again. My goal is to get back down to 188 by the end of this. It doesn’t seem like a lot but since my calorie intake is still high the weight comes off slower. I’m fine with this.
Exercise: The weather is bad again here so instead of riding my bike this week I want to do a rotation of 30 Day Shred and Cardo. On the days that I shred my goal is to do all of level 1 and then only the strength/abs moves in level 2. On cardio days I will use the ellipitcal and or run for at least 30 minutes.
Diet: I’m focusing more on exercise so that I can get back into a routine so diet isn’t my top priority but I’m watching my sugar and carb intake this week. Also trying to get back in the habit of tracking all my calories, which I’ve been slacking on for awhile.

Starting weight: 140
There are alot of trails around my town the only thing I dont have is energy. I work 40 hours a week and go to school. Im terrified of altering my dress a couple of weeks before the wedding and not fitting. 🙁 120 here I come!

I am SO glad this is starting today. I’ve struggled with weight all my life. My heaviest was 185 in high school, and I lost 50 pounds to bring me down to 135. I managed to keep that off during college, then after college I only gained about 15 lbs… until I got married last year and gained 20 more! Ahhhh! For me, it was a combination of happy newlywed weight (I love being praised for my bad-for-you cooking:) and also we’ve moved to a new area for my husband’s job…and I was able to find nothing. At some point this year, I just felt completely not in control because of that, and that is definitely a trigger for me eating.
The last time I weighed myself (around Christmas) I was 172…I had to stop weighing myself because I was getting so close to my unhappy teenage weight. Great news though…we are moving! I have much better job prospects, and I feel motivated and ready to do this thing!
I am using a myfitnesspal app to keep it around 1300-1400 calories a day, and my goal is to exercise at least 5 days a week (couch to 5k every other day + 30 day shred everyday.) It’s gonna be tough, but I know that doing something about this will make me feel better about everything. My goal weight though is a toned 135. I hope that in 4 weeks I can at least put a 5 lb. dent in that!

I’m hoping I can drop a few more lbs before my cruise on 4/29! My ultimate goal is losing a total of 30 lbs (179) by my best friend’s wedding 7/7 (I’m MOH) – it’s a strapless, short dress and I want to look great!
Today’s weight: 196.4
Goal: Since I have the cruise in the middle of this round, I’m going to make my goal a little less aggressive – I’m going to workout on the ship, but also with alcohol and the food I know it may not be a good week, so I’m going to have a goal of 190 by the end of the 4 weeks. Hopefully it’s more, but I want to set a realistic goal for me to reach.
Since the last starting thread in March I’ve lost 12.6 lbs, so thank you Bees for all the motivation and support!!

Starting weight: 180.
We just moved up our wedding date six months. Now I have only a year to go, which means I have to go dress shopping SOON. I want to feel more comfortable with myself when I step into that dress shop!

*sigh* starting weight = 161.5
That’s what I get for eating like a crazy person this weekend.
My goals for the next 4 weeks: Stick to my work out routine so I can tone up! And lose 5 pounds. I have got to get serious and stick to it if I want to look half way decent in my bathing suit this year, and I’m running out of time!

I am back again for another round!! I ate terrible this weekend thus my weight this morning was 167! We leave for vacation in 25 days so I would love to be down to 162 when we leave on May 12th! I am going to keep up my workouts, but limit my cheat days to one day per week!
Starting weight: 167
4 week goal: 162
Wedding weight goal: 155

178 is my starting weight (down 12 pounds from highest weight)
My goals are to keep eating good and make sure to stay active (atleast 20 minutes a day) And I want to have to get my wedding dress altered because it is too big!

Starting weight – 135.8
I’ve been doing a 60 day challenge I’ve set for myself with the Brazilian Butt Lift DVD’s. I’ve had really good results so far, but the only problem is my 60 days are up this weekend! Hopefully this keeps me accountable. My goals are to not give up on my workouts and to keep watching what I eat! I would like to be 132 at the end of the 4 weeks.

Good Morning Ladies!
How is everyone doing today? I had a pretty good night! DH and I did open face hamburgers for dinner and a large salad. I did cave and have a some skittles later in the evening, I needed something sweet. I worked out too, did the Shred and I feel pretty good!

I didn’t do so well last night…had a local Mexican fast food place for dinner, which made me sluggish, which meant I half-assed my work out last night. Aaaaannnnd, I forgot my walking shoes so no work out/walk at lunch for me today. Blah.

I’m currently 145 (ish..on Saturday i was 142, yesterday i was 146 wtf)
My goal is to reach 130 by June 16th (i got a wedding to attend).
I’m currently using MyFitnessPal on my phone to track my food. My work out buddy is mostly Jillian Michaels. I do her yoga, kickboxing and shred DVD’s regularly. I also like to jog but struggle to find the time during the spring (work in accounting).
Yesterday i did great! I was under my caloric intake and did kickboxing. Such a good sweat. Today is good so far! I gotta make sure to try and jog tonight with my dog.
