@Mrs.Mittens: I do not believe my scale and this is it, I’m buying a new one this weekend!

This Week: 202.2
There is no way possible that I lost that much. No way! But I did definitely lose this week, so that’s good. But I seriously don’t believe my scale!

Down – 4.6 lbs from last week
I’ve been sticking with my diet and walking almost every day. For my diet I’m going with low carbs and making the carbs I eat high fiber and well chosen. Lots of protein and I’m trying to eat a lot of raw spinach. Had a lot of temptations placed in front of me this week and didn’t give in. Every day I’ve been walking more and further, but yesterday I was bad, made excuses and didn’t walk. Overall doing okay, but would like the weight to come off faster, even it it’s unrealistic
No real change in my goals, just to keep doing what’s working. Stand my ground when someone tries to push me to have something I shouldn’t. Keep on walking until I break 300lbs and get my exercise bike, and can do both then.

I am so happy!!
What I did good: ate smaller portions, less fast food, better choices. We went out to dinner at a sports bar Wednesday night and I ordered grilled chicken, veggies and mashed potatos, when normally I’d get a bacon cheeseburger or buffalo chicken tenders or something 🙂 And it was really good too!
What I need to improve on: well, I only did one work out this week…oops!
This week: continue to make smart choices, smaller portions, and get in more than one work out! 🙂

I’m super excited for all of you ladies! You are KILLING. IT!
Me? Not so great, the scale keeps going up and I’m really not sure why. Seriously, I took a pregnancy test because I cannot figure out what the hell is happening with my body. I weighed this morning at 194.6! WTF?
I had a small serving of steak and veggies last night for but for breakfast and lunch I ate lower calorie (high sodium, of course) processed meals. So I’m unsure if my body is just holding on to all the salt? I did drink a ton of water yesterday trying to flush out the possible caffeine crash I was having.
I want to hit the reset button on my body so bad. I really want to do a juice cleanse but I’m afraid of the side effects of it.

Soo, not sure of my scale. I weigh myself every morning right when I wake up. Yesterday I weighed 132.4 pounds, and today I weighed 131. Craziness, but I’ll take it!

I’m only 1 pound away from the weight I vowed that I would never go over haha This week fiance was on a fishing trip so it was easy to eat healthy, minus beating the urges to snack. Fiance got home this morning and already tried to get me to go to Ihop. I told him no and just had oatmeal for breakfast. Tomorrow will *definitely* be a cheat day. It’s my future nephews birthday party so we’ll see how that goes.

@Mrs.Mittens: I went throught this when I was 25, then again at 28. When I was in my early 20’s I could easily maintain my weight by being mildly active and eating good throughout the week. Any vacation weight gain was supertease to shed. I would eat bad and watch the scale creep up and then eat healthy for a while. Then after turning 25 I noticed I could no longer do that, I adjusted my habits and was able to maintain after 6 months of struggling. The same thing happened this year, I was able to maintan at about 123-126, I was pretty happy. And then is year I do not know what is going on! I started gaining slowly, I did all my usual “cutting back” to bring the number down but this time it is not working. I have not regularly been under 130 since September. I know deep down my usual 1200 calorie throughout the week is just too much now, I need to work extra hard to find my balance once again.
Imagine this is how the rest of my life will go, until I turn 60 and say screw it.

Woo woo! This week marks 3 months since I’ve started my dieting/work outs, so far I’ve lost a total of 13.8 lbs. Super happy. The biggest help has been cutting all pop out of my life. I used to drink 4 cans of pepsi a day. Damn pop making me fat.
The good – This week I’ve been really sticking to recording my food in myfitness pal app (especially the bad stuff…that I sometimes pretend I didn’t just eat)
The bad – I haven’t worked out at all this week. I found some motivation on Wednesday, but after 5 minutes I decided I would rather clean, lol.
Next week I want to get back to my every day workouts.

Am I just allowed to join the BEEgest loser with y’all if I’m losing weight? How does this work? Does mittens111211 always post a BEEgest loser thread on a certain day of the week? Do I have to wait until the next cycle before I can join in the fun?
