I’m at 191.6 this morning which is where I started at 4 weeks ago. Feeling a little frustrated, especially because I was 189.9 on Monday and have worked out all week, but my diet hasn’t been great (per normal) so whatever, one day at a time!

This Week: 208.6?!?!?! wtf? this scale is all over the place, yesterday it said 206, the day before it said 212. I know weight fluctuates, but seriously? Oh well lol Still better than the 240 I was at my highest lol

It’s been an awful week and I’m grateful to have not gained. I’ve got a nasty cold, so I haven’t been walking.
My mother has gotten agitated over our prospective wedding venue, my fiance is furious and I’ve been feeling very alone and caught in the middle. So I’ll confess to eating 2 Klondike bars one night. My stress level has been through the roof! Hopefully Mr. C and I will be able to make a venue decision when he visits in a little over a week.
