i lied to my trainer and told him it was 216.2…I’m an awful person.

I lost 4.8lbs. I’m really happy with this…. I had a really high calorie day Sunday but started in earnest Monday. I use myfitnesspal to track calories and stayed under goal everyday (a whole 11 calories to spare tonight :/ )… I unintentionally only ate moderate carbs and focused on lean protein so I’m wondering how big of an impact that had.
I also had close to 1000 calories burned at the gym Tuesday and Wednesday and walked at least 2 miles other days. I hope sticking with this a whole week next time yields similar results. I have a tough social day tomorrow but I think I’m committed enough to ignore picking at foods.

@MyFavouriteChords: Good luck, I work very long days sometimes so I feel the pressure of a social day all day long (12 hrs of ignoring hey do you wanna order, hey do you wanna order is hard!)

Last week I was 191.6, this week I am at 190.5. I am down 1.1 pounds. I am actually really happy about this. I have been such a yo-yo with my weight the last couple of years. What I am doing as far as food and exercise right now is what will be “normal” for my lifestyle. My goal is to lost around 1 pound per week. I want this to be be the last time that I need to lose a considerable amount of weight (aside from losing baby weight when the time comes) I work out a lot, which for me is completly sustainable because I enjoy working out. I also eat a little bit more and don’t restrict myself as much as I have when losing weight in the past. I still am working on eating very little processed foods and watching my portion size. I hope that this works to help me not only lose, but also to keep the weight off.

I weigh 180.7lbs
I want to weigh 120lbs
so i need to drop 60lbs…in a year. (wedding’s in July 2013) Is that even possible? 🙁 i’ve never managed to gain weight, but I’ve been visiting a health psychologist for a couple of months now…apparently I have mummy issues….

Last week 126.5
2.37% weight loss!
only 3.5 lbs to go until I can go get a new license with my new last name. I made a deal with myself that I wont go until my weight matches what it says on my license!

I went up this week (but it is that time of the month). So I still want to be part of the game, but for this week, lets just say my weight loss was 0%… le sigh…..

Loss of 1.3 – I hardly ever lose more than a pound in a week so I am loving this!

I just realize I thought I posted last week but never did! I hope I’m still counted!

1st week – 172.4 (oops…)

I wish I could take credit and say I did really well and that’s how I lost this week, but to be honest, I had a bad week and I think it’s mostly related to stress. But I’ll take it haha!

Still up from the start, but at least I’ve dropped from last week.
I’ve been really sick with bronchitis and haven’t been able to do much other than lounge around. Hopefully I’ll be well enough this week to do some exercise!
