219 NOT UP, NOT DOWN. Could be worse, could be MUCH better
Last week - 202.2.....this week 196.9 - WOO-HOO!!! I MADE IT BELOW 200!!!!!!! (Makes up for the slight gain last week).
Aaaand....I fit into my old jeans last night! Now, if only I can keep up ithe good habits over the next 3 weeks while I am visiting family!
So I didn't have the best week interms of excercise (haven't been to the gym since Monday) but I kept on point diet wise. I feel like the number the scale showed was artificially low (water weight of some kind) but I liked it so I'm going to stick with it with the knowledge that next week will likely be a bit slower. Minus 5.2 this week!
I am down 1.5 pounds to 189. Yay, back in the 180's. I actually am kind of surprised because I have been eating cupcakes all week long. I have also kept up with my workouts and eating healthy throughout the day so I don't think the cupcakes affected me as much as they could have. :)
My numbers switched from last week! Luckily, that means it went down:
Last week: 193.1
This week: 192.9
Not much of anything at all. At least it isn't an increase though.
Yeah, +-0. I maintained. I'll take it, I had a hard week last week and only got in 1 work out.

Technically, it's a gain (260.3) last week, but I'm starting my period in a few days and I always bloat a little from that so honestly I view it as maintenance.
I'm up .5 lbs this week but I have lost inches and gained muscle so I can't complain!

YAY!!! I calculated how many calories I should be eating to lose in a healthy way, then stuck to it! Also worked out for at least 1 hr 5 days last week. Feeling great just want to keep it up!
Also, sorry for the late post, I was looking for this in fitness!

I admit I haven't been exercising, and it is that time of the month in a couple of days.
*grumble*
Same. Same. Same! Urgh....oh well, we were consistent with our workouts this week even though our diet wasn't perfect, so that's something!
I'm having my wisdom teeth out on Wednesday so I will be on the smoothie diet for a few days at least, and I probably shouldn't exercise, so... we'll see how this week goes!
good luck with your wisdom teeth! I had all mine out at the same time too (two got pulled, two they had to cut out b/c they were impacted).
@mittens111211: Eik, good luck! I had all of mine done at once three years ago and it was a BEAST. I looked like a chipmunk for 2 weeks!
This week I'm at 130.5
I didn't really exercise much. I was super busy running errands and getting things done exercise was not on the agenda. :(
My scale broke this morning! I stood on it and it told me I was 138. Pretty sure I didn't drop 40 pounds in a week! Although that would be great :D I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning at the gym.
Guess I need to add an item to the Christmas list I gave SO!
Ugh. I'm 177.5. Can't remember what I was last week (178.5?) but I know my weight loss has slowed. I'm still VERY happy with the way I look right now but I can't wait to lose more.
I'm back up again... 173.2 I don't remember where I was last week, but I think 171.2 and I started at 170.2
Things are NOT going well.
I've been sick and had too many christmas parties/late nights.
Last week 176.2 this week 175.4 *sigh* mid week I was at 174.2 but all this Christmas driving around all over town, post office, parties ect. is not helping. My goal is 10 pounds a month. What was I thinking? I'm surpirsed I lost anything at all the last couple of weeks.
I'm thinking my true diet and exercising won't start until the new year which sux because my first fitting and start of alterations is supposed to start in January.
Edit~ I just read through the page a little...join me in with the girs that are having Aunt Flo visiting soon. LOL
I was out of town and not able to weigh in this morning but I stayed exactly the same...which is a complete Christmas miracle due to the amount of baking for the holidays that has been going on! Kudos to everyone who lost this week!
