I’m at the end of my rope today, I almost had a hysterical crying fit this morning! Boo.
This week: 184.2
Up from last week, I’m just not eating right but I did run 3 days in a row and go a little bit of circuit training so… yeah. Glad that my body let go of some extra weight because when I weighed myself on Wednesday I was 186.6! Ek.

Alright my weight last week was 175.9 and my weight this week is 173.9.

Ooh, I’ll play! I didn’t notice that this was happening before, but maybe I can catch up?
I’m currently at 155.6 lb. On Friday, January 20, I was 160.5 lb. (On Friday, January 13, I was at 163.3.)
I’m on a modified low-fat, high-protein diet. I think I did really well last week because I get two “cheat meals,” and my meal on Sunday was frosted mini-wheats with some protein powder and a Starbucks skinny vanilla latte. I suspect the long-lasting carbs + bit of sugar + protein got my metabolism moving so that when I went back to the protein diet, it was really effective. I think I’m going to try it on Sunday again.

160.0 so I lost .5 according to my home scale. Eh, I’ll take it. I’ve been eating well and exercising, it’s just not falling off as I would like it to.

I’m at work so I have to be quick: 170.4 last week, 168.4 this week!!!
Hooray! Finally in the 160s for the first time IN MY LIFE!!!!! I’m super proud and happy.
Don’t get discouraged, keep on chugging! Every day is a new day, every meal is a new meal. Do the best you can!

Last week: 198.0
This week: 196.2
So I went down 1.8 lbs! I have been to the gym every day this week, and I stick to egg whites, celery sticks, and a small portion of whatever I am cooking for Fiance in the evening. For me, while working out is important for toning, it really is watching what I eat that helps me lose wieght. Slowly but surely it is coming off! As of today, I am down 21 lbs since last june. I am hoping to lose another 20 by this june! (fingers crossed!!)

Ladies, question: I used to post the weigh-in on Thursday nights, mostly for the Bees on the east coast, should I start doing that again? That way if you want you can weigh on Thursday night (if you are used to weighing at night, at certain time)?

Got my new scale in last week and can finally play (unfortunately)

This week 152.8 …..UGH!
Ive been excersizing and eating healthy…. so frusterating! I made a promise to my self that I WILL by under 150 by the next time I see my fi… that is next week Saturday, its just over 3 lbs and I am fairly certain it is do-able… any thoughts or tips?

@Mrs.Mittens: I weigh in the mornings, so for me, by 7 am Central time I know what I weigh on Fridays, and I don’t get home in time to post by the ‘cutoff’ so I sneak it in at work when I can! If you change it to Thursday night, I guess I could just post from home Friday morning.

I’m up this week to 142.2 but on the bright side I lost .5″ in my waist and 1″ in my hips since we started so I’m feeling pretty good.

I am at 165.8 today. I was at 166.6 on Monday but I guess I’m starting new this week so bring it! 🙂
If the weigh in is Thursday that works for me cuz this Thursday in my first dress fitting/alterations appt and my halway mark/goal day. I hope to be 161 that will put me at the half way mark to my ultimate goal.
