So…I majorly dropped the ball with the last TBL thread and I apologize to everyone that was looking for some motivation! But I’m back and so is the weight I lost before the weddings, so I need to get it off and continue on my healthy path and I’d love for you all to join me!
We’ll be doing a 4 week challenge this time around! The weekly and overal winners are determined by calculating your weight loss precentage. Each week I will post a support thread, you’re encouraged to check-in everyday and let us know how you are doing. I’ll also be sharing recipe & workout links.
Let me know if you’re interested and I will post an official weigh-in thread later in the week!

Yay! I’ve been on the last few threads and I am excited for it to come back! I’ve finally gotten under 200 and only have 30 more lbs to reach my goal weight!

Sounds nice 🙂 I’m the biggest I’ve been so far in life, I am working as hard as I can but recently with the holidays I slacked off. I figure once it hits January I will bust my butt!!! lol

I slacked on participating the first round, but I’m going to try it again! I’ve been losing weight every week so maybe this is the inspiration to keep me going 🙂

Heck yeah, I’m in! I’ve been working on getting back into my regular workout/healthy eating routine since the holiday and this will give me more motivation.
