Bad: too much eating unecesarily
Good: More working out! And watching protein intake.
I’m happy to say I am 164 pounds yey!! Maybe I’ll out of the 160’s by the end of October!
Hopefully though I maintain this loss!

I didn’t weigh in last week as I didn’t lose any weight whatsoever 🙁
So, last week’s weight: 173lb*
This week’s weight: 168lb*
The bad: I had a splurge Friday last week, going out for a currys and then drinks with work-mates.
The good: I was very well behaved after Friday, exercising every day and not eating junk
*my scales don’t have tenths of pounds, I need to buy new ones.

I’ve give up trying to understand this. I’ve been bloated ever since my 20 mile run on Sunday and I feel like I’m about to begin PMSing like crazy. My ring is super tight and it usually runs a little big.
The good: I did my first 20 mile run during this training cycle!
The bad: Wednesday I got super hungry and ate way too much.

So happy to be down 2.1 pounds! For the last few weeks I wasnt losing (because I wasnt being good and trying) but this little loss has motivated me!
Good: Did not eat many processed foods, stuck to low carb healthy foods
Bad: Did not work out
I am going to try and get down to 188 for next weigh in and definitly continue with the healthy eating and try to incorperate excercise at least 3 days next week.

I did really well the first half of the holiday weekend. Then I went all out on the food and junk food. I was so bad about 4 days in a row. I mean eating Neopolitan ice cream twice a day, brownies (I had four frosted ones in one sitting), pasta, you name it. I’ve been back on track the past few days, since the sight of sweets was starting to make me nauseous.

Maintain. I’m ok with that. I did 0 work outs this week. And, I didn’t eat the healthiest. So, I’m pretty happy that I didin’t gain.
Next week, I will get my work outs in. I will eat more fruits & vegetables!

I feel so bloated and gross. I couldn’t even get my rings on this morning! I’ve pretty much eaten whole grain rice with avocados and various veggies each night and I just feel really full, but not like the good satisfied full…. the I feel like a ballon and I’m going to float away full. So I need to back off the rice and the high fat sauce that I was eating with it too.
I didn’t get back into the gym becuase it’s closed for some remodeling until next week so I just walked most days and I got above 10,000 steps all week, so that’s good!
More veggies, less rice and more exercise for next week!

Haha I’m glad I didn’t gain, honestly. It was my birthday this past weekend which was fun but I definitely indulged. Then I was sick the rest of the week and was useless…. came home and napped 3 days in a row so no workouts.

We had friends in town for week 2 and I ate like a maniac (I had indian food in a burrito, it was awesome). But of course, that left me gaining weight, bloated and feeling crappy, My ring almost wouldn’t fit!
I started my cleanse on Tuesday and have been sticking to it pretty well (although I did have sushi on thursday). I have not been able to get to the gym as much as I wanted, so next week my goal is to hit the gym at least 5 times. I will let yall know how I do!
3 weeks til the big day! and 8 more lbs to go.

Oh and I am going to a concert tonight and tailgating tomorrow. This is when it gets tough! We’re trying black bean burgers and a vegan avocado salad recipe. Must. Not. Eat. Hotdogs.

@TeachMeHowToDuggan: Lol, I feel like eating everything in sight too! I went up from one weight to another and its making me nervous but its all about the mainting weight loss thing so I am trying to keep calm. So far I have lost weight slowly but havne’t really gained it back so crossing my fingers. Maybe I should go to the gym tonight to keep things in check…
