How is everyone doing out there?? I am coping with my schedule still and waiting patiently for my fake set so I can go to the gym and not worry. My guy doesn’t really get it and asked why I don’t just leave it in the car. Well because people steal things out of peoples cars in that lot I told him so hes starting to understand.
I did only wear a plain band at work and left it in the car while at the gym but I missed the sparkle, so I ordered a fake set so that I can wear that to work and take it off and leave it hidden in the car to go to the gym. If someone decides to break in my car and takes it they can have it since it would be worth a whole 30 bucks lol.
I know its a little cuckoo but theres no replacing my grandmother’s set. The sentimental value anyway since its insured and I just do not want to worry.

So, I wanted to track my food but… I’m failing at that, although I seem to be doing a very basic, similar diet each day. Special K in the morning, soup for lunch and then a full, rich meal for dinner with fruits, yohgurt, pudding, nuts, etc. as snacks throughout the day.
I have not weighed myself since the weigh-in but I think I probably will tonight to see where I’m at. I have only done some exercise because of ‘Aunt Flo’ but I downloaded an app called ‘Fitocracy’ that helps you track your weight and what exercises you do and stuff like that and it has all sorts of things as being exercises, even the stuff I’m required to do for my Physical Therapy so…. yeah, I’m happy, I’m slowly moving in the right direction!

Just plugging away. Did 3 miles in 34:30 on Tuesday. Was well on my way to beating that time on Wednesday until I bumped the kill switch and turned the stupid treadmill off! I am running again tonight so hopefully I don’t get all crazy and hit it again 🙂

I did some weight machines and now my shouler is killing me. I was only doing 5 lbs. I’ve got some heat on it now. I’ll likely spend most of my time at the gym on the treadmills watching basketball. It works. Give my shoulder a rest.
