I was running around with my dog yelling about how I am a big loser, and FSIL walked in and recorded me.  I swear if she puts it on youtube I am gonna come after her.  I haven’t had any appetite today, so I’ve been forcing myself to eat.  Does this ever happen to you guys?  I usually and ALWAYS hungry, but today I haven’t wanted food at all.  I have a huge surge of energy today too.  Its weird.

Anyway, congrats to all us losers!

Today. I ran 1.5 miles without stopping! Something I would never have been able to do a few weeks ago! I was so excited that I called my SO while I was doing the cool down. I wasn’t even panting!

It was awesome!!!

 

@lb1369:  My appetite problems are almost always hormonal.  Like, I’m super hungry on my period and want to non-stop eat, and then start forgetting to eat around my ovulation. It’s weird…

ETA: My avatar is an adorable little bat!! For october!

Cornmuffin: Your appetite changes sound normal. Ah, there is hardly any time, except when I’m really sick, that I don’t feel like eating.

@lb1369:  lol! Great job!

Last night was another fail but I will just do better today!  Trying to keep motivated and I’m already telling myself ‘you will workout tonight, you will workout tonight’. So that by the end of the day I’m like ‘yay workout woohoo! I’m not exhausted at ALL!’

I’m working out with a trainer 3x a week, and trying to get myself to the gym the other days. Ideally I’d like to do cardio 5x a week, but I’m terrified of burning out and not sticking with it.

I can’t help myself. I’ve been feeling like crap all day. I ended up sleeping from about 1:30am last night to about 3pm. I had to skip class because I just felt like such crap. But all I could think about after I woke up, and got my system feeling a bit better, was “I need to run. I want to run!”

I ended up going to my later evening class, got let out early, and told the SO to come running with me at the gym. I didn’t go as far as I wanted to, but, it was something.

The biggest problem is my stomach is looking at me like, “No… you don’t want food…” And my consciousness is like, “Yes. You need it.”
