woo! I’m psyched, definitely helps with the motivation! This next week is going to be really hard since I’ll be away from the 21st to the 1st. Hoping to keep exercising and not fall off the diet wagon too hard. Thanks for the support ladies!

I just finished an 8 day work stretch in retail (I feel like I am a broken record…that is kind of my response to everyone about why I am such a zombie so sorry if I have already said that!) so I haven’t been hitting the gym much this week. I have done about an hour of cardio so far this week and I am currently sitting on the couch in my PJs trying to work up the energy to go. How is everyone else doing?

Still have to sit out. Ears feels like I’m descending from an aeroplane all the time. But I want to keep following, because I’m determinded not to quit. When I can I’ll reparticipate.

@Mrs Christopher:  Merry Christmas to you too! I am glad the weigh in isn’t until tomorrow…Today’s weight was slightly scary. Then I went and had Lindt truffles for breakfast. Oops.
