Oh no I missed this one. Thank you so much for taking this over!! I weigh in at 166.8 I’ll start reporting in now. I’m really happy that I didn’t gain so much in my time off even if my belly is large. I’ll start a gym and an eating plan and be back to dress weigh in no time. 🙂

5.2lbs… I had an extremely stressful week being demoted to part-time at my full-time job… I think that took a toll on me.
I think he’s proposing on the 19th, so I’d like to be closer to 140lbs by then.

As of the past weekend I weighed in at 187 pounds.
Just started to use a dance workout DVD (and released how uncoordinated I truly am), am trying to keep up a high water intake (going into winter its always harder) and just bought a stationery bike + plan on doing interval training.
Would love to hear what all the other Bees are up too?!

I would love to join in, if that’s okay! Right now my weight is 175.6.
My gym offers group classes so I’m hoping to go to at least 2 body pump classes and 3 cardio classes this week. It’s always easier for me to exercise with other people around.
I am thinking my bf may be planning the proposal early July, but know it will definitely happen by the end of August. Hopefully I can lose at least 15 lbs before the proposal. My goal weight overall is 135 so that will be a bit more of a struggle, but I’ve got time! 🙂

In addition, I run my dog 3 miles every morning Mon-Fri and take her for long 5ish mile walks on the weekend.
I’m also doing some toning exercises.
But the biggest change is diet. I’ve been completely stressed out and was laid off to part time so I don’t have much money right now. Sure helps to not eat so much when you can’t afford lunch, haha… Mostly I’m doing soups and salads and then my SO cooks dinner. We generally do healthier things like chicken and quinoa or salmon over salad.

So today I ordered Pizza Hut forgetting I had a perfectally good banana and some peanut butter and chai at home. Tonight I had a Burger King craving but now I’m eating that banana. It’s not what I want. I want to eat junk but junk won’t put me in that dress. If I keep at it long enough I will start craving the fruit though. 🙂
