Initial Weigh In: 175lbs
This morning 173.6lbs
But things haven’t beeen 100% healthy, WAY over cals on Monday and Tuesday, then no dinner Wed & Thurs.
Goals for the coming week is to be healthier in my eating and drink more water.

no change this week. I did start lifting weights this week so we will see what happens next week!

Current weight: 248.5
Down 1.5! I’m averaging between 1-2 lbs per week so I’m OK with this. Wish it was more like 2-3 pounds per week but I’ll take it 🙂

Stayed the same which is A-ok after a big loss last week, 6.6lbs!
More water needed this week, I seemed to slack since it was too hot or rainy to be outdoors. Still no exercise of course and this week was terribly stressful. We woke up to 4 slashed tires on our Suburban (cha-ching$) and a stolen stereo in my Jeep Tuesday morning. Stress certainly doesn’t help weight loss. But we are rolling again! So here’s to a better week!

Today’s weight 162
I’m totally ok with this because I’m completely bloated, so, to only be up half a pound is quite ok with me. Funny story though, the first time I stepped on the scale this morning it said 156.5. I kinda stared at it funny like, um, theres no way LOL so I moved it so it was sitting on one tile and weighed myself two more times and they both said 162. Would’ve been nice if it were true, I just knew it wasnt!
Eating wise I did good this week. I did not work out at all. It’s really hard to motivate yourself to sweat when you’re sweating just sitting there doing nothing. (that’s what happens when its 110+ degrees outside)

Weight today: 214.8
Not surprised at all. FI and I were moving into our new house this past week which meant work from 8-5pm, then moving from 5:30-until. I did manage to squeeze the gym in one day earlier this week, but my diet suffered ALOT this week because we were so busy. I also downloaded GymPact on my phone and I’m hoping this helps me stay motivated and at the gym regularly.
My goals for the next week are to eat better and workout 4-5 times/week.

Weight today: 178.0
From going to a beach vacation where I was out in the water/running everyday to sitting on my couch exhausted I’m in a good place. I do have to say I’m frustrated at the lack of motivation to get myself to do anything, its just too hot!
This next week I will run 3x, and make sure I go dancing (my biggest calorie burner) and start back on my vitamins…

I did poorly this week. It’s been hot, so I haven’t exercised much. We uncovered a stumbling block for my immigration to be with Mr. C and I did some stress eating. Making peace with having to elope before the wedding and adjusting to the heat so hoping next week will be better and even a little less stressful.

Weight today: 149
Ugh im just not happy. Im dissapointed in my self. I didnt try as hard as I should have.
Goals for this week are. WORK OUT MORE! eat better and NO more junk food!

Down 8.4 lbs!
This week was GREAT for me because I really stuck to my diet and said no to any extra sweets ESPECIALLY the ones on fathers day! And I managed to keep exercising all 7 days 🙂 This week will be a little tougher for me because I have a birthday party and family BBQ, both on Saturday…I’m going to use all my strength to say NO! to the bad stuff 🙂

YAY! I am totally stocked about this. Especially since I have such a loss during my monthly visitor!!
This week was great, with the exception of yesterday. I ate clean and kept my calories under control. I feel so good! Yesterday was a bad emotional day but I didnt cave and eat anything bad and I am proud of that!
My goals for next week is to loose another 3lbs and to keep eating clean.
For once, I really and truly think that I can do this 😀
