Todays Weight: 188.3
I did not lose as much as I hoped, but I feel like I really learned what I need to eat to be successful. I am so happy I lost this week because I was really bad the past weekend and when I weighed myself Monday morn, I was up to 197- I never want to see that number again! I have a wedding this weekend and my goal is to not eat bread when there and really think about what I am eating before putting it in my mouth. I have a wedding October 13 so I am hoping to lose another 5 pounds for that. I am looking forward to the next challenge!

-3.4lbs! Woohoo! Finally! The job switch is the only reason for this because I’m walking (I walked like 16,000 steps which is over 7 miles yesterday) so much more and because there is nothing around my office as far as fast food goes so I’ve been eating a bagel with veggies for lunch and staying away from sweets.
I’m feeling really good! I feel less stressed about working out but I know that I need to do some shred or something and I will figured that out when I get a bit more settled in, but for sure I’m doing it on Sunday’s! :):):):)

hey ladies! just stopping in to wish everyone well this week! I’ve been plateaued since about April, but I’m gaining muscle and a lot more “ok” with my weight than last winter so I kinda faded out of these threads!

Ok here goes…

So, I think if I remember correctly I started at 164 this round which means I lost a whopping 1 pound over the last month. I seriously need to get my head in the game. I’d love to be in the 140’s for my wedding, and I know its doable. I just need to do it already. Woe is me LOL 🙂

Well Its that time of the month so I’m guessing I haven’t gained or lossed. This was a rought bout getting so close to 163 and never getting there because of the set back. I found I am able to swim though so I will continue to excercise that way until I’m able to do impact sports. Hopefully when this bloat goes away I’ll be 164 again or at least a pound lighter!

My only update is I’m now at 164.8 so it must have been the bloat that made the gain.
