Starting weight 165.8
Current weight 165.6
Not much of a loss but no gain either. I did really bad with food this week but ramped up the exercise. Relearned things like grab some of the trail mix when you are hungry but not hungry enough to eat a full meal.
My goal this week is to keep with the excercise and pay more attention to the food! I just got back from the gym and the work out didn’t seem as intense as it used to same with the other work out I did. Maybe I’m getting used to it and need to try something else. Really need to engage my core more. Thinking I’ll do DDR or swim for that.
A half pound to a pound loss would be nice for next week.

Today 199!!!!!! I need a digital scale though…this one is so hard to read. But it’s under the 200 that I know!!
Such a hard week. FI was up for a promotion…and he’s been stressing like crazy. And for him it’s been all about the recognition and not feeling like the new guy anymore. For me it was like dude you’re awesome and it’s undeniable.
So the night before we both just cracked…mentally. We went to the store at quarter to midnight and bought a giant cookie and alcohol and called it a night.
Needless to say he got the promotion. And I’m down a 1lb. Seriously 1st time below 200lb in more than I can remember!!!

This week 191
I was doing well in the begininng of the week, but I got my period yesterday (so I am extra bloated) and I ate things I shouldnt have. I am going away today-Sunday and I plan to try and stick to low carb, I am even bringing my own food so I can make a healthy breakfast in the mornings and not be tempted to eat the pancakes my dad is planning on making. I know we will be drinking so I am going to not drink beer (which I love) and stick to something lower calorie and that wont make me more bloated.
My goal for the next weigh in is to lose 1 pound.

Just found your post great!
Big week as bestman just pulled outta wedding.. had a glass of vino to settle me down…just less than four weeks till i have appointment to see what alterations need done to dress…. hoping none if i can shift about 7lb.. even 6 would do!!ave no digital scales tho… but can get weighed in town!!

Yay! I worked my butt off this week and worked out 2 times/day most days and kept a strict food log. It’s my birthday this weekend though and we are going to the beach so I don’t think next week will be as good haha!

191.6 This is the first time I am weiging myself in a few weeks. I went to the gym M,T, W, and I am going today. Here is to hoping the number is smaller next week!
Next week I want to get back into the habit of drinking mroe water. I usually drink 1.5 – 2 L per day, and I want to up that to 3 L/day.

I only got two work outs in this week, so that needs to be bumped up. I also did not eat a whole lot of vegetables now that I think about it…
So, this week I will correct that!

So I commented earlier so I wouldn’t forget my weight. This week was pretty good as far as diet goes. FI and I did go out to dinner one evening but I got mahi and green beans. He wanted to go to Cold Stone (my favorite!!) after, so I got a child’s size frozen yogurt which came in at 90 calories. That was my biggest accomplishment this week; not getting a cake batter ice cream. I have gone on a couple hour-long walks, but I have not been very motivated on the exercise.

Great to see everyone off to a good start!
I don’t know how I did it but I lost weight! I’m going to say lack of snacking and being stressed out.
Next week I’m going to try eating 4-5 times a day for about 1500 calories. Right now I’m burning about 2000 calories a day, so that would put me at a 3500 calorie defecit (basically a pound) for the week. Plus, I’d like to get to the gym at least 3x for 45+ next week. Small steps!

Well, I started at 148 and yesterday scale said 147. That could be weight fluctuations since it was only two days, BUT i’ll take it! I
I’m nervous for this saturday because it is the first Saturday of college football and we (as in my team) have a big game that night. It is our tradition to go all out amd we are having a party with lots of alcohol, food, and most important my buffalo chicken dip that we ONLY eat on game days. I am going to try and eat small amounts of tge unhealthy stuff.

Starting weight: 185.6 lbs
Today’s weight: 180.6 lbs
Last week I was hormonal and bloated, so this feels like cheating but it’s what the scale said (down 2 lbs just from yesterday, so it must be a ton of water). I’m trying to remind myself that next week might be a gain or no loss after this week, so I shouldn’t keep expecting numbers like this. This week has been crazy stressful at work and I tend to lose weight at those times anyway.
