Starting Weight: 197
Ugh, I had a bad eating weekend and now I’m paying for it. I feel awful today! So tired, my stomach is upset, etc. Blekkkk!
Goals for this round are to continue bringing my lunch to work and to take walks during my lunch while the weather is still nice.
I’d really like to hit 192 by the end of the month!

I’m a 21 year old girl. College is really taking it’s toll on me, and my SO is a guy who likes to eat…
Starting weight: 147.5
Goals are to work out 5 times a week for at least 20 minutes (preferably 30 mins). I’d like to weight train after I get my aerobic abilities back up.
Goal weight is eventually 125. But I’m just hoping to get down to about 140 or less in the next month by cutting down on pop, eating less processed foods and more whole foods and just overall eating less.
Also drinking less. I have been drinking way too much lately….

I’ll post mine up here too now that I know it.
My starting weight is 164.8.
I have about 10 pounds to go before I reach my goal so I’m pretty happy. The HSP makes it difficult to work out, and job searching it taking its toll so this is going to be a rough month. And in November I will be trying on the dress so the 10 pounds need to come off by then.
So my goal this month is to try and lose a pound a week. I am going to continue to eat healthy and work out as much as possible but I’m shooting fot 2 to 3 times a week. Hopefully the doctor will clear me to go back to Barre again as that as helping a lot.
@Cornmuffin09: I soo get the drinking thing. The first time I got big was due to drinking in college. I lost all the weight through the same methods you are describing so I am sure you can do it!!

Last time I got caught up with other stuff and missed posting my weight, so I’m going to try again this round 🙂 starting weight is 146.4. My goal is to lose about five pounds this round and about 13 to 15 pounds by the end of the year. At the beginning of the month last month I was bad and went up to 150, but I have lost about 4 pounds since by exercisng and eating better. My plan is to continue this. Good luck ladies!!!

I weighed in at 160.5 lbs. I’ve been working for a LONG time to lose weight and it has slowly come off.
I’d like to see 150-151 by the end of the month. I eat mainly Paleo, and try to walk or jog, and lift weight 4-5 times a week. Plus, I have a very physical job so I burn a lot of calories there.
In September I lost 13 pounds so I just want to keep my momentum going! My goal weight is 145.

I am usually a lurker, but I am hoping that this will keep me motivated.
I am starting at 189. I have lost 30 pounds in the last 5 months. I would love to get into the 170s by the end of the month.
I have been cooking at home more often, which is good. FI loves to go out to eat and when we cook at home he always wants tasty but unhealthy things (pasta, cheeseburgers, french toast), so it’s a bit of a struggle because I won’t cook separate meals. He has been eating what I make but brings chips and sweets into the house, and my will power has been tested (and has failed on occasion)
I am also starting the 30 day shred, so I hope to see some results.

@lb1369: Wow! Congrats on the 30 Pounds you have lost thus far!

I don’t weigh myself very often but my highest I can ever remember was low 150s. Now I would guess I am around 130. Took me about 6 months to get to that point with healthy eating/exercise and I’ve been maintaining for about a year.

I need to get in on this! Right now I’m at 138, and I’d like to get back to my goal weight of 131 (or lower). So that is what I am aiming for this month. My dress is just a little too tight (I was totally surprised that the seamstress was even able to zip it up all the way), and I’m hoping losing and toning will help it fit better.
I am aiming on eating better (less processed foods), eating more fruits and veggies, cutting out sodas, drinking more water, getting more exercise (workout 5 days a week), and tracking my food and exercise during the day.
I’m excited to have a group to report to, as I feel that I do better when I am a part of something! Good luck everyone!

Goals for the 4 weeks: track meals on fitness pal app, pre plan meals, drink green tea and water like it’s Coke. Exercise min 30 mins a day. Eat less meat and eat more veggies. limiting sodas to one a month as a treat. (that’s my downfall) so is Chick Fila lol

Starting weight: 146
Goal for the end of the month: 135
I plan on working out at least 4 times a week, incorporating more weight training. I also would like to cook more healthy meals and drink less beer (football season is killing me!)

I’ve worked out for 30 minutes one day and an hour the next! Two days in a row! I’m going to keep up this momentum.
Just knowing I can come here and report things is helping my motivation (even though last night I slipped up when the honey gave me chocolate teddy grahams because I had a bad emotional day).
But thanks to the working out, I was still under the calorie intake limit! Yay my fitness pal!

I would love to join in the challenge! I’m starting at 169.3 pounds (as of my last weigh-in).
I’m recently engaged but no date set yet, though I think it will be next fall. I would absolutely LOVE to get down to my ulimate goal weight of 120 before then (I’m only 5’2″).
I recently re-joined WW and I’m counting points while also trying to eat mostly “real” foods and limiting exess sugar. For now my exericse consists of running/walking on the weekends and yoga on the weekdays. I also got the 30 Day Shred so I’m planning to do that at some point too.
Short term, I’d love to get down to around 150 by the end of the year, which is about when I’d like to start dress shopping.
Good luck to everyone!
