145.3 – a good week.

Last week’s weight: 160.5

This week’s weight: 159

Bad? Ugly? Ate terribly yesterday and today.  🙁  Going to work out super hard this week to make up for it.

Last weeks’ weight: 148.0

This weeks weight: 146.6

Good: Worked out! Started running instead of just elliptical (better for aerobic capacity!)

Bad: I was restricting my sweets intake, and suddenly a craving exploded on me while I was shopping… and I bought a bag of twizzlers and ate almost all of them within three days….

Forgot to say that I was 147.1 last week.

My goals are to do more strength training and drink more water.

Last week’s weight: 168.2

This week’s weight: 166.7

So, -1.5! I’m thrilled, especially because I actually went over my WW points by quite a lot. Still, I made good choices for most of the week so I guess that still paid off. 

I’ve been on vacation this weekend with friends,  plus I just came down with a bad cold today and feel terrible, so my goal for this week is to just do the best I can and continue tracking everything I eat.

Ok! I didn’t weight in last week, but I’m going to join if that is ok! This is the perfect timing for me to get involved- , so I’m ready to go!

  • Please post last weeks weight and your current weight, don’t forget the tenths of a pound!

My weight this week:  180lbs.

  • What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?

Good- this past week I have slowly been journalling my diet again and exercising- back to running

Bad- ate…like a whole bag of dark chocolate covered fruit. ugh.

  • What are your goals for the coming week, have they changed?

Start doing some core and strength training excerices- not just running!

Continue journalling my food intake so I can be honest with myself

Quit my job!!! I am a student and working crazy hours between work and school, so last night after a discussion, my FI and I decided I should reduce hours at work so I can at least be healthy!

I would like to see a weight loss of at least 1.5lbs!

Last week 195.8

This week 195

Not to bad. The weekends are killing me but I did workout both Saturday and Sunday so that’s one good thing.  Going to try and keep that up, but going to gym during the week still isn’t happening.

Goals for this week, since the weather has turned walking during lunch hasn’t really happened much but I’m going to take the stairs as much as possible this week and even do a couple of flights during lunch and eat my carrots!

0ast week was 185.2  This week was 182.0!

I am very stoked!  It is a high loss, but I saw my doctor this week (not about weight, but I brought it up), and she said that it is common in the first 2 or 3 weeks for it to come off fast when I have been so sedentary in the past. 

I didn’t work out as much as I would have liked.  But FI found a used elliptical and got it for me, so I am going to add that to my workout schedule.  (He is so nice.  I think it was an apology gift for fighting with me about not wanting to go out to supper on Friday.  He said I was starving myself because I didn’t want to go to buffalo wild winds.  I can’t resist myself around their tasty wings.)

My diet has been really good this week.  I overate a bit on Wed, and have had beef the last 3 days in a row (lean, but still, I try to vary it a bit more), but I drank nothing but water/tea all week! No pop or booze! Woo Hoo!

I see my brother in 6 weeks for Thanksgiving, and I am really hoping to get in pretty good shape by them.  I have always been the chubby one in my family, and so I am really motivated to get some results!

Hey guys, I totally forgot to write my weight in for this week (it’s been crazy lately), but I’m currently at 135.4 (last week I was at 136.4). So I’ll take a 1lb loss!
