Last week = 183.7
This week = 181.7
Good = Started going back to WW and tracking consistently
Bad = Ate a bit more on Christmas (especially sweets) than I wanted
ugly = New Years is right around the corner and I’m scared! So much alcohol to be consumed…damn liquid calories.
Goals = keep tracking and keep positive attitude

I am going back to focusing because it seems my job situation may be getting better.
Last week: 168.4
This week: 167.4
Not too sure what I did different but I will now be more focused. I just need to put my energy toward something and this seems like a nice way to stay calmed and relaxed! Goal next week is to keep track of what I eat. Exercise for at least 30 mins 3x and lose one pound.

I honestly don’t know what happened and was suprised when I stepped on the scale this morning. Although I indulged this week due to the holidays, I moved ALOT! I wish I would’ve worn my pedometer while I did all of my Christmas shopping earlier this week just to keep track of how many steps I took.
My goal this week, is to eat healthier. Make my own meals more regularly and plan my meals. I also want to exercise more.

Well I’m calling it. Bees can still post thier weight in the support thread though and I’ll record it. I had an awful day in bed with a stomach bug and it hasn’t gotten much better. 🙁
I think I’ll push the next weigh in back until the 2nd of Jan as well due to the holiday. I will be out all day on Jan 1st doing the polar plunge!
