My starting weight was 142, my last weight (two weeks ago) was 140, and today I weighed in at 138.2 (completely suprising!!). The holidays were very ugly for me in terms of eating and working out. I have the same goals as the begining- stick to my calorie limit and work out 4 times a week. Unless I get my butt in gear I won’t make the 4x mark this week but you never know!

I have this weigh in extended til Thurs just to see if we can catch more people after the holidays!
My weight last week was 167.4 and this week its 164.6, but that might not be a true weight since I have been recovering from a stomach flu and haven’t eaten much.
This week I plan on starting up at the gym again I’m taking it day by day as I recover from the flu.

I’m slowly working towarads my goal of 200. If I can get down to 195 before my March wedding that would be great! The last time I was under 200 was over 5 years ago. I’m nearly 6 feet tall, so people always tell me I carry my weight well, but I do want to feel a little more confident about my physical appearance and become healthier.
My goals for this week are to work out everyday (Monday-Sunday) and to continue to eat healthier. I had a little set backs these past couple of weeks with all the holiday partying 🙂

Back in the game. Happy that my hiatus has only gained me 300g, so I am 78.4Kg
My goals for this week are to ease back into daily exercise and track my calories 🙂

Went from 181.7 to 181.2. Ill happily take the .5 loss at this point. New Years Day was bad for me food wise but I’m getting back into eating healthy.

Yey so happy to see you all I’ll post up results tomorrow I just got home from a shift from both jobs so I’m beat. But yes tomorrow I’ll post results and the final weigh in will be Thursday/Friday of next wekk

Hi all. These weigh ins will go back to being Sunday to Monday. Now that I am working again it is better for me to do it that way. We have one more week in this round and I’ll start a new (hopefully non interrupted one) after if you are interested. Please continue to post in this new thread.
