Last week: 185.0

This week: 186.0

I wasn’t as diligent with my calories this week as I should have been, and also I am about to ovulate which always makes me bloated for a couple of days and (sorry tmi) I am a little constipated for some reason so I’m not too worried about the 1 lb. I’m just gonna keep chugging along and hopefully that 1 lb plus some will drop off next week.

OK ladies…

Last week = 170

Today = 168.5

So I’m back to where I was before.  That’s alright though, at least I’m not continuing to go up!

I only got two work outs in last week.  This week I’m shooting for 4.  And I will continue to eat well and drink lots of water!

Morning!

Last week 193.8

Currently: 192

I’m excited about this but I’m also on the verge of frustration because I’m nearing the end of the 10 or so pounds that I drop pretty quickly and easily after I start with a diet.  I don’t do well with restrictions and I know that my diet is going to have to be on point in order for me to keep dropping weight.

Also, something occured to me on Friday that got me a little freaked out, my body fat percentage hasn’t really changed (it goes up and down a lot!) which got me thinking that I’m probably losing muscle and not fat since I’m not really doing anything more than just walking and occasionally running. 

I got up on Saturday morning and I weighed 191.2, I did level 1 of 30 day shred and then yesterday DH and I went for a 5 mile walk and a little running.  This morning? I’m 192.  Diet was good this weekend and I probably ate about 200 more calories yesterday since our walk was pretty intense, but in the form of veggies and a bit of hummus.

This Week: 195.6

 

My 6 week bootcamp class starts tonight!  Too bad I’m feeling sick.  Not super sick but just enough to make me feel lousy.  Plan on taking it wasy today to save up whatever energy I have for class tonight.  We’ll see how it goes.

Stayed the same.  Been eating like crazy and not following WW as best as I can.  I’m afraid with Mardi Gras and Valentine’s day I’ll either stay the same or post a gain next week. . .hope not though!  Why must food/drinks always be involved around celebrations?!

gain of 0.2….. Oh well, I’m sure that’ll come off next weeK, I’m just going to keep plugging along!

 

I’m starting 30 day shred today so hopefully that’ll help with weigh-in next week!

This Week: 160.4

This week has already been a good start! We start Lent tomorrow and I am giving up sweets!

TMI, last week was also my monthly, the scale got up to 164.4, but I tend to gain as much as 5 lbs during so I don’t count that. Last week, the week started off bad but ended very well.

I don’t know if I am too late, I thought the weigh-ins were Tuesdays! Sorry!
