Last week: 72.3
Good: I was able to run again. I love to run. I have alos enjoyed exploring the local area by hiking.
Bad: I have been going over my calorie goals.
Ugly: There was an “”Octoberfest” in my city last night. I can’t drink for medical reasona, but I more than made up for it in food. I spent a summer working in Germany and was far, far too excited to have German food in Japan 😉
Goals: Break in to the 71s!

When I joined this week: 166.8
Not much but I’ll take it. Right now I have some homemade protein bars in the oven and have planned out meals for the next two days. Super excited to be eating healthier again. 🙂

Rough week with two different relatives in and out of the hospital. Had to eat on the run and didn’t monitor as closely as I should have. Hoping to do better this week.

Ugh I am up this week! Last week 145.0 and this week 146.5. I don’t get it because I ate really well last week and exercised like crazy! My period is about to come though so I’m hoping it’s bloat weight!

last week plain sucked. This week is finals week. I won’t be able to exercise until after Wednesday. 🙁

Last week: 197
Lost 2.4! ate healthy pretty much all week-did have a few unhealthy things on Saturday and Sunday, but it was in moderation. I did not excesize as much as I wanted.

This week was pretty good. I ate healthier (still tweaking calorie intake numbers to find what works best), and managed to run every other day. And yesterday, after trying for weeks to get faster/healthier, I did a 9 min. mile 🙂

Sorry, something came up that’s talking all of my attention right now. I will get results assoon as I am able. Weigh in for this week will be Japan Sunday – Monday as usual!
