Last week: 70.95
This week: 70.9
At this rate, I’ll achieve my goal weight in 138 weeks!
Good: Exercised most days, even lightly. Ate fairly well
Bad: FAR too much ice cream.
My life is FAR too stressful right now, so Im trying to maintain for a bit!

Last week: 194.5
This week: 194.5
Good: Got on my elliptical twice, ate within calorie range for the most part
Bad: Went WAY over calories Friday night due to going out to eat and not making good menu choices
Goals for this week: Get on my elliptical 3 times, stay within calorie range, limit how often I eat out
I was hoping to lose at least a pound this week, but due to AF bloat and eating out Friday night I’m just happy I maintained. I am going to stay on plan this week and hope for a two pound loss next week!

@farawayviolet: What’s up girl? Why are you stressed?

@Chrysoberyl: My interview for my US visa is on Monday, so I need to head up to Tokyo for it tomorrow. It involves all the paperwork! Plus, I am moving away from Japan in 5 weeks regardless of visa outcome (have a one way ticket booked to NZ at the moment… hoping just for a couple of weeks), so I’m trying to pack up my apartment. Grad school starts in a couple of weeks (online) so I have been trying to preread everything as there is a 3 week clash between when I start school and when I finish my job up in Japan, so for those 3 weeks I will be doing both work and study full time (and judging by my last class, when they say full time they mean it). Plus, until this morning, there was a typhoon due to hit tokyo almost exactly when I arrived, so I was trying to figure alternative transport. It has changed courses and speed slightly now, so should be ok!
So that’s a nutshell!

@farawayviolet: Oh. My. Gosh.
In the meantime, are there any cheapo TV dinners you can eat until then? It saves you the stress of cooking and they’re usually all about portions and everything.
Post # 9
@Chrysoberyl: I’ve been using my crock pot, and eating out a lot. Japanese restaurant sizes tend to reflect an appropriatsi portion size, so I’m pretty lucky. I enjoy cooking as well, so it works for me, gives me a distraction from cleaning 😉
But that’s why I haven’t been the best at running this, haha! And I’m the easiest bride ever: “does it exist in my price range? Done!”
