Last week: 194.5

This week: 194.5

Good: Got on my elliptical twice, ate within calorie range for the most part

Bad: Went WAY over calories Friday night due to going out to eat and not making good menu choices 

Goals for this week: Get on my elliptical 3 times, stay within calorie range, limit how often I eat out

I was hoping to lose at least a pound this week, but due to AF bloat and eating out Friday night I’m just happy I maintained. I am going to stay on plan this week and hope for a two pound loss next week!

  • This week: 249

  • Good: I won! 😀 Also I did a lot better than the previous week with staying within calorie range. The week before, I had like.. 3 cheat days. This week I had one cheat day. And I didn’t go crazy!
  • Bad: I definitely didn’t drink enough water. And according to MFP I went way over with sodium. It’s so hard to find food that isn’t loaded with sodium! It’s like.. if it doesn’t have 35416436 grams of sodium, then it’s loaded with sugar.

  • Stay within my calorie range and have another really good week! Since I’m getting much better at staying in my calorie range, I want to try to avoid sodium and sugar a bit more. It’s difficult b/c I don’t cook as much (I work long hours so dinner during the week is a lean cuisine).

@farawayviolet:  Oh. My. Gosh.

In the meantime, are there any cheapo TV dinners you can eat until then? It saves you the stress of cooking and they’re usually all about portions and everything.
