Last week’s weight: 132.8

This week’s weight: 130.8

The good: I’ve been using my fitbit to count steps/stairs/calories. Everyday at work at I am over my step goal and calorie goal. 

The bad: I didn’t make all of my workouts. I did manage to run twice, do JM once, and do abs once.

The ugly: I had 2 cheat days instead of one. I made up for it by cutting calories on other days.

Currently I am on Isagenix. The focus this week is nutrition as I wean myself off of the program.

Last week: 194.5

This week: 192.5

The good: I stayed within my calorie range all week (including Friday!) and made my goal of losing two pounds!

The bad: I only worked out twice instead of three times, but it could have been worse.

The ugly: Nothing, I’d say this week was pretty successful!

  • Last Week: 249
  • This week: 251

  • Good: Um it feels like nothing. I did wonderfully Monday-Thursday (while I’m at work)
  • Bad: Friday-Sunday I snacked like crazy! Sunday was a going away party for a couple we knew.. and as Greeks.. well.. we have a LOT of food. I totally gave in!

  • Goals: Try to make up for this week! UGH. Though I know it will be impossible to lose like 5 lbs in a week but a small part of me wants to try so I can get right back on track. I feel like I completely threw myself off.

@Chrysoberyl:  We all have weeks like that! Drink plenty of water the next few days and I bet you will see the scale go down in no time.

@farawayviolet:  How did you do girl? Tons of ice cream again? Haha. I hope the stress was a little better this week! How many more days until you leave Japan?

@Chrysoberyl:  When I go off the deep end, I drink water like a camel for the next few days.  It helps get rid of the weight gain from sodium and just helps cleanse your system. Or at least that is what I assume it does. I would definitely drink more than 8 glasses of water…as long as you have easy access to a bathroom 🙂
