A few months ago my fiance and daughter were featured on Glamour.com for his 'propoposal' to her and yesterday my sister brought to my attention that my 12yo nephew commented on the blog. I was laughing so hard after I read his comment my eyes were tearing up! I thought I would share with other 40-something brides :-)
"it was sooooooooo touching when they broke the news to me. (Shannon is my aunt and Emma is my cousin.) I never believed Chris (we call him Beak for some reason) could be that romantic! I am going to sing and play guitar at their wedding! And I am the Ring Barror (i know I spelt wrong) for their wedding! I am happy for them! Shannon really deserves the best first wedding! (since she is un-married and 40)"
