i forgot to ask everyone’s opinion on how to post the winner. go ahead and vote on which format you think is best.
it’s been a great week! let’s see how we all did!
- don’t forget to include your tenths of pound! they make a difference!
- if you want to put figure your percentage lost you can, but either way i will do the calculation to make sure the results are accurate.
also, please give us some insight to your week if you had a good loss!
and of course, if you’d like to keep your numbers private than just PM your weight for this week and I will only post the percentage.
please have your numbers into my 12et. if possible! i'd like to declare a winner before 8et!

Weight: 196.2 pounds
Weight loss: 3.8 pounds
This week I didn't do any crazy exercise. I just walked the dogs, elliptical, and treadmill. I decided that I wouldn't read my nook unless I was exercising so that worked really well! 45 minutes went by on the treadmill and I didn't even know it.
My biggest thing was food. I ate less carbs and smaller portions.
Hopefully, this keeps up! I'm possibly thinking about starting the Insanity craze!

I am not happy to say that I started at 182.2 and woke up today at 182.4.... Darn plateau! I have been working so hard!!!

Not such a great week for me. I didn't get much time to exercise and I cheated a bit with food, but it's still ok, especially considering it's only been 5 days.

I am sad to say that I am visiting family and forgot my scale at home. But I did weight myself yesterday and I was the same.
So 224.6.
I finally hit 199! The past couple weeks have been a struggle I just could not seem to lose anything and then this week was a good week. I lost 4 pounds, I am sure part of it had to do with being sick for a couple days and not wanting to eat.

Can I count my weight in for Thursday morning instead of ths morning? LOL As of Thursday AM I had lost 2.6lbs. I wake up today and I have gained back 2.4 of them. How does that even happen!? Yesterday was not my best day but come on? 2.4lb gain in one day adn I was hungry most the day! WTH?

Today's weight- 169.2!!!!!
Weight loss- 3.8 pounds
Percentage Weight Loss- 2.19% (if I'm doing that correctly)
I'm a happy camper. I did everything right this week- I ran when I was supposed to (and every time I slowed down during running, I made myself thing "WEDDING DRESS!!!" and I sped the hell up again :) ). I counted calories (using "Tap & Track" on the iphone). I made sure that when munched, it didn't make me go over calories.
Things I could improve on: munching, in general. Even though I didn't go over calories, I still don't need to be constantly munching (especially after dinner) when I'm not hungry. That's a habit I need to break. I also need to drink more water.
Went from 158 to 156! Forced myself to go to the gym everyday, and have big lunches and little dinners....
I have to admit I did have both Chinese food and ice cream this week...
Good luck Bees! I will try not to fall off the wagon this weekend with Easter candy :)

we (me and the fiance) did great this week compared to the last 4. we worked out, we ate our only our dinner, no snacking and lots of water. feeling really good for the weekend.
i'm going to start the 7-day 'eat to lose weight' plan that i posted earlier this week. should be good, let's see if i can stick to it!

Percentage- If my math is correct (which I'm not a math person) that is about .35% down.
Only a half a pound but considering I only had 1 workout so far this week, not too bad.

I had two days with really good workouts of 30-40min (cardio and strength training) and yesterday I walked a lot. Yesterday, though, was a bad eating day b/c we had a catered lunch meeting at work then I went out to dinner with a few friends, but I ate pretty well other days, I think...I've started eating lean cuisine frozen meals for lunch for portion control.
Starting weight: 239.4
Weight today @ 11am : 238.0
That's a loss of 1.4lbs this week.
This also week 4 for me on weight watchers so it's going very well with a total loss to 9.4 lbs in a month! Yay Weight Watchers lol

I kept up with my workouts and watched what I ate. Even though I only lost 0.5 pounds, I haven't been this weight in years. Since I've started my weight loss, I've lost a total of 18.5 pounds, and I have 18.5 pounds to go. Halfway there!

This morning weight 181.6, but I weighed myself on Tuesday and I was 184.6, god damn sodium! I have been working out the past couple of days, the week started slow. We had the marathon in Boston on Monday, so I was watching that live, and eating and drinking whoop! LOL But I'm focused this week! Don't care about easter candy! LOL
So to sum it up, I guess I'm down 3 from tuesday!

@EasternShoreLoveStory: That's good! Bodies are weird, it's like they have to go through and adjustment period. it likes to hang on to the calories because it thinks its starving! It will get better! Just keep doing what your doing, you lost half a pound!
OR! look at is this way, that's about 1700 calories that you burned! that's a crazy deficit!

Hi everyone! I weighted myself this morning and I was down to 175.3 (original weight 177). Then I went running (week 1 day 3 of couch to 5K) and weighted myself again and I was down to... 173.2! I imagine it's all water weight but it makes me sooooo happy! I don't know which number you want to use, it just feels good!
