I like them too! I like the color of the second one best.. but they are both beautiful!
Are you looking for a black necklace? Or just a statement necklace? I would think black necklace with black heels and black dress might be a bit too much black especially since that's your concern. I would wear a bright punchy color necklace to offset the black.
I can give you some ideas of what I think would be tres chic with your dess once i know the color of the necklace. I do love the flower necklace though.

Doesn't necessarily have to be black; that's just what she had! If you have any ideas, do share!!!! Since black dress/black shoes is all I got, I'm open to anything! Plus i was thinking i'd be more likely to wear black afterwards

With the black you can really do any color and it would be nice. I like purple and black too..

On color choices, black is universal. I'm in love with amber colors with black and teals and yellows and purples!
And for accessories, check out the cheap stores like forever 21 they have some really cool pieces that are DIRT cheap. With your gown you can go either edgy like this:
or punk rock could be very chic with your dress. I would do bright yellow necklace with your dress.

My fave is multiple strands of beads in different lengths (making sure one goes down past the bodice. Like a bright yellow or teal or even purple - so cute!

LOL I hear you on the teeny bopper stores, I stumbled across them when i was looking for hideous 80's accessories. I've never been able to wear them lol

Remember my quest for how to dress up my black dress for a wedding?
You girls were right as always, I decided on simple, short black heels so I'm not towering over DH and letting my jewelry show through. I'm leaning towards something like the photo attached (from seller LuxeDeluxe) and then throwing a matching ribbon around my waist in lieu of the black one the dress comes with.
But, of course, I thought I'd see what the Hive comes up with. You always have so many fabulous Etsy sellers under your belt and I've done quite a bit of scouring myself. I'm leaning towards something vintage but I'm open to anything. Hook a girl up!
