This might seem like an unusual question, but for those of you already married, what did you eat for your breakfast on your wedding day? (or if not married yet, what are you planning on eating?).
I’m wearing a rather fitting dress so I’m after a breakfast that’s not going to bloat me but will keep me going throughout the day.

I had 2 poached eggs and hash browns. I’m a vegetarian needed to make sure I got some protein to hold me through all day!

I had a croissant or two, a couple pieces of bacon, some fruit, and some juice. I think I also had a donut at our hair appointment. Then I had lots of water after our ceremony before our pictures, and I was good to go until our dinner.

- Wedding: December 2010 - Al Cielo / La Laguna
So I had planned to order eggs, toast and tea but then when I got to the room we were getting ready at someone sugguested fries, quesadillias and fajitas with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo…. yea we totally ordered all of those.
I think I ate 3 of the fajitas, 4 of the quesadillias and some fries. Really glad I did though cause I wasn’t hungry at all till dinner. If I had something light I am not sure I would have made it all the way to dinner.

we had crossiant turkey sandwiches and mimosas! Try to make yourself eat, b/c I had 0 appetite at all, but forced myself to eat at least a few bites 🙂

I had half of a plain bagel while driving to my hair appointment at 0700. Following that, my Maid/Matron of Honor, one Bridesmaid or Best Man, and the photographer stopped at Chik-fil-A for ‘lunch’. Yummy chicken nuggets and waffle fries before the ceremony!
ETA: After the ceremony we stopped at a McDonald’s so that the wedding party could get a snack/late lunch. It was uber fun to have fries and a milkshake all dressed up in the limo! lol
Wow, looking back the food I ate that day was terrible for me! I don’t mind though considering it was a once-in-a-lifetime splurge!

I was recently in a wedding where we all had bagels and mimosas for breakfast yuuumm. Deff make sure you eat throughout the day… we ate so early in the morning that we were STARVED by the time the ceremony was over!

I had a yogurt and fruit parfait, and a banana. I had no appetite, and really didn’t eat much during the wedding either, but I was STARVING when we got back to the room at the end of the night.
