I feel like something more full sweetheart and aline would look better on you (I also just tend to prefer that look though).  You seem unsure of it, so maybe you should try on some more really different dresses.  My dress is a slim aline, and after trying on only aline and slim aline, I ended my last appointment trying on a bunch of sheathe dresses.  It was the only shape I hadn’t tried on much of.  I loved some of those gowns, but it didn’t feel bridal to me, and that made me more sure of my pick

That is a sweet dress !

I always think to show off a waist it’s always good to have a belt going straight across, unless the craftsmanship has done all the work.

The design you’ve chosen has fabric creasing there as well as an assymetrical cut, which may not be as flattering to anyone as some other fits, although with your curves you can still work it.

What I notice is that the lower silver embroidery detailing draws the eye to your hips – rather than to the bust or the waist.

Also, analysing the view in the mirror – I’ve never seen such a low bodice on a dress? So I don’t think I could sit down in that dress!!

Where do you want the attention? On the bust or the waist? That is what you would have to tell the bridal advisor.

At the moment it’s on the hips and the butt for me, because of the design, but if you have your heart set on this one, you can get away with it because your shape is nice. Your stomach looks quite flat and the body is an hourglass shape, rather than ‘straight down’ boyish.

You may find a dress that enhances your hourglass more, rather than drawing the eye to one area with the bunched matieral and embroidery? Or you might be so in love with this dress that others’ fashion opinions don’t really matter 😉

Oh I wish I had a dress shop… 🙂

sariibear:  I think maybe it’s a bit too form-fitting.
