@amber, it definitely will fade because i diluted the haircolor a bit. it fades reallly pretty though.

Such a fun color. I've always wished I could dye mine, but even permanent color fades riiiight back to red within a couple of weeks. Oh well, guess I'm meant to be a redhead ;)

but it will only stay a few weeks. :)
i've done this before, about a year ago, and mixed a small amount of semipermanent fuschia in with a deep conditioning hair mask and leave it on for a half hour. it will gradually fade out in the next few weeks and i'll be back to platinum in a months time.
some people hate it, i'm super lucky that my job encourages it.
