VintageGirl1020 :  That whole post was fishy as hell, but I think continuing the drama goes against TOS so get ready for this to close.

VintageGirl1020 :  i’m not sure if i believe the whole story, surely she could tell the difference between the boxes. i’m not sure why he wouldnt tell her about him holding his cousin’s ring. i know my Fi would tell me.

VintageGirl1020 :  no one “needs” to comment on something. It’s definitely against TOS to bring it back up after closure.

Not sure about whether the story was fishy or not, but your point about telling the difference between ring boxes is moot — she thought he had bought her a Zales ring, and only realized he had bought one from de Beers later. As for why she couldn’t tell that it was a different box when he was about to propose — it was probably in a smaller generic velvet box or something that went inside the branded store box. Or perhaps it wasn’t in a box at all?

myardley :   VintageGirl1020 :  http://www.weddingbee.com/comment-policy/ Here are the guidelines. Everyone agrees to them when they sign up for the Bee.

I wasn’t being rude – a PP let you know it was against rules and you dismissed that, so I was confirming what she said. You also used the word necessary which is why I pointed out that no, it’s not a need to comment on a closed post.
