OK I keep flipping back in forth between two looks.
My wedding is on Saturday, full Catholic Mass, with the reception on the next day, Sunday.
For the reception I’m going to do the fingertip veil.
But for the ceremony itself I can’t decide on fingertip or should I do Cathedral veil like the one below.
My hair will be up for ceremony and down for reception
the dress with fingertip(kinda hard to see)
the is this:
Cathedral look with longer blusher:
Also just a note, I don’t know how I started to like the Cathedral option but I never every thought I would.
Thanks for voting! 🙂

i voted cathedral for the ceremony, mainly because its a formal church wedding, and if you are having the reception the next day, the fingertip veil will add that bit of ‘new’ for you 🙂
but they’re both lovely!

Cathedral is the only way to do it. Makes the photos amazing and adds such a bridal look.

I voted cathedral instead of fingertip. I’m doing “ballet/waltz” length (hits me mid-calf) because I’m clumsy and impatient and worry about tripping around my veil and having it get in my way so it’s perfect and almost as beautiful as cathedral. 🙂 There’s something about a long veil that’s just so beautiful and more special for me.

The finger tip veil also has an 80’s vibe to it. with all the bulck being around the face.

@inukoro1177 never thought of that.
I guess my concern with the cathedral is the blusher b/c I’ll walk in with it, so I think the longer blusher blends better, but will it look weird?

Cathedral for ceremony, fingertip for reception. Your dress is gorgeous btw!

Go big or go home. You will not regret the cathedral veil, especially once you get your photos back! Happy Wedding to you!!!

jaijaig88 & MissMiaMarch TY so much!
I think I was also worried b/c people in bridal salon said no to the Cathedral. 😛

I love cathedral veils 🙂 So romantic and dramatic at the same time 🙂
