My daughter-in-law has been using the Knot’s website to organize all her invite list for the wedding, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, bachelorette party, etc. She kept getting tons of pop ups saying to “Update now!” Well, when she finally did, it scrambled all her addresses! She can’t find a phone number or way to email them to see if it can be fixed or undone. Do any of you have any suggestions or have you had the same trouble?

I am sorry that happened! I have not had any trouble with my guest list manager on the knot.
On the page scroll down to the very bottom and there is a help button in the footer. Once you click on this there are many help option but you can also click on customer service where they have their contact info.

I’m having the exact same problem!!! This is driving me crazy. Guests are missing. Addresses are missing. Argh!!!!!
