I'm totally with you! I told my husband that everytime I say that I want something (food wise) that I shouldn't have, he needs to say "naked" just so I keep on track!

The "Look Good Naked" Diet.... Whose on it!? :-)
I'm on day 2.... now that holidays and both our birthdays are over. Hoping to loose 10-15 lbs, or, at least all the jiggle and fit into my pants properly again!
Day 1:
Chest, back, and abs on P90x
Day 2:
Spinning (just completed 1st class, whew! ouch)
Core Synergistic's tonight in place of P90x Plyo which is too hard on my knees and previously fractured Tibia
Day 2 of Diet Mod. Went to weekly friends dinner last night and brought my own salad to eat in place of mexican cheesy looked so goodness. Also passed on the Tres Leche cake... :-( looked so good!

Follow p90x doubles plan as meant to be
Follow diet restrictions, cut back on wine! (for lent, giving it up all together!)
3 times a week add the Spinning class offered at my gym
In March, I'm going to add 2 times a week around that doing laps in the pool to get back into shape for summer and surf season.
June 1st - Start surfing 3-6 times a week again + continue P90x and spinning, no swimming. (hopefully lots of this added flab is gone by then for bathing suits :-)
Bare back (no wetsuit) Surf season lasts into mid-end October! hooray! Keep it up until I can relax in Mexico or wherever we end up! Surfing is by far the BEST total body workout I've ever done... even when I was a college athlete it kicked my butt into better shape than I had ever been!
