i think about the other things that arent even on that list...

gift bags for out of towners (which is everyone.)

gifts for those bags

a cardholder for monetary gifts at the reception

favors for the reception

cake boxes (one of our favors is goign to be a traditional rum cake)

candles/votive holders for the tables

ordering the rest of the stationery (thank you cards, place cards, menu cards, programs)..maybe this IS on the list but i havent gotten down that far yet to see it. haha

cool things to keep my guests cool at our outdoor ceremony (besides the chilled cucumber water and lemonade).....pretty colored umbrellas? fans that double as programs??!?!!??!?

there is about 20 other things that has crossed my mind this week that I can't even remember right now...i should have written it down :P

Is this what they mean when they say the list just keeps growing?????? I am sitting here having a minor anxiety attack. HAHA

OK, thanks for that advice!! i feel like i might have a million "post-its" everywhere if i dont consolidate.  my Wedding Planner has an online google document of all of my Todo's as well, so maybe I will add onto that list (the things that arent already on there that still need to be done) and print it out (and then get a big ole sharpie to cross things out as I complete them!!) :)
