I had done some reading up on the Paleo diet, I like the theory. My current eating philosophy folllows more the Michael Pollan & Nina Planck approach (eat “real foods”). Although I have not tried to completely follow the Paleo approach (I like cheese way to much!), I am currently trying to incorporate an increasing amount of paleo meals into my diet.

Books I’ve read:

The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain PhD – http://www.amazon.com/Paleo-Diet-Healthy-Designed-ebook/dp/B000W40PPE/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1298082115&sr=8-15

Protein Power by Michael R Eades M.D. and Mary Dan Eades M.D. – http://www.amazon.com/Protein-Power-High-Protein-Low-Carbohydrate-Health–/dp/0553380788/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298082192&sr=8-1

Books on my “to read” list:

The Paleo Solution bt Robb Wolf – http://www.amazon.com/Paleo-Solution-Original-Human-Diet/dp/0982565844/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298082253&sr=8-1

The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson – http://www.amazon.com/Primal-Blueprint-Reprogram-effortless-boundless/dp/0982207700/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1298082115&sr=8-7

Here are some good blogs on the Paleo diet:
