I love the Paper Place. We bought our envelopes for our invites there. They have a great selection of stuff. Let me know if you'd like more recommendations for Toronto paper stores!
I agree with Knitting, the Paper Place is awesome. The ladies there are SO helpful. I would bring any info or test trials you've done with you, inspiration photos, etc. It's a really fun place, I think I could spend days there playing around :)
have you checked out their website? www.thepaperplace.ca they have a lot of their inventory online and so maybe you could get an idea if it's for you or not before making the trip.

Have any of you lovely ladies been? I believe it's located on Queen St.
Anyways, I want to go check it out so bad, and maybe get some ideas for invitations, but none of my friends are willing to make the trek out with me, so I will likely have to do it alone.
Time is not a problem, as I have all Friday - Monday off school, but it's $20 just to bus it there, and I just want to check that I'm not wasting my time and money (which is hard to come by when planning a wedding haha)
Any input would be great!
